First time camper van experience and Jonathan made it very easy. We were able to pick the campervan up early and Jonathan ran us through its features. It's great to drive and straight forward to set up.
We probably over-packed for our three day adventure in the Lakes so if it's your first time that's something to bear in mind. We took a duvet but sleeping bags would save you some space.
