Annie explained the van perfectly as a first time hire of one, she was reassruing, provided everything we needed we only took food and our bedding and probably way too much.
The van drove really well, was great to enjoy an automatic as one less thing to think about.
we did take our own sat nav screen to connect to our phone but we were surprised that it connected anyway so that was a bonus.
we wouldnt change it at all however the only a few points we mentioned to Annie and her husband on return.
1. ) The the bed is advertised as double width and I took as a full size double bed it most definately is not so a few very uncomfortable nights sleep.
2.) It would have been nice to have proper plates and cups, it was all plastic, as these days im sure you can get a holder in vans to avoid breakages, so if you like a mug bring your own unless it is upgraded in the meantime.
3.) The frying pan is in need of an upgrade
BUt these are just our preferences and feedback - other than than it was perfect :)
We wouldnt rent this van again due to the size now we know we need larger but we would 100% recommend it
