I personally found it quite difficult to get back home once I’d dropped the vehicle off because I didn’t have anyone to drive there with me and I had to drop it off during work hours which wasn’t the most convenient. As this was our first campervan holiday we were a little nervous. We needn't have worried though as the handover was very smooth and relaxing. We were guided through everything and all of our questions were answered. We didn't go far, as we were just experimenting this time but travelled up into the hills near Skipton and back down into the Vale of York. We had a great time and the campervan had everything we needed. We chose this one as it seemed small enough to drive pretty much anywhere and we were right. The campervan itself handled very well, and had no problems negotiating corners, hills or parking. We will definitely choose Lorenzo again whenever we decide to go on our next holiday. He showed us everything we needed to know when we picked up the van and reassured us that we could contact him with any questions during the trip, but the van was so well set up we didn’t need to. The van itself was great, converted to a high standard and really easy to drive. The beds were very comfortable, and our two children absolutely loved sleeping in the pop-up bed. It had everything we needed for our trip, and even during a night of really bad weather (when a few tents on the campsite didn’t survive!), the van kept us warm, dry and comfortable.
