Little Bird – 4 berth Volkswagen campervan from 2012

My van, nicknamed 'Little Bird' his is a 3/4 berth T5 VW camper van. It has a pop-top and is ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) , a couple or an individual. The van has a diesel engine, so economical with fuel especially on long distance trips. We are based in Northumberland with stunning beaches and countryside, and are also the gateway to Scotland.

About Little Bird:

Pop up top provides a sleeping area for 2 people. The rock n roller bed pulls out to make another double bed below.

CD player, radio, Bluetooth for hands free mobile connection.

She has a fridge with small freezer, 20Lt waste and freshwater sink, a diesel heater, stand alone single gas stove, 15m electric hook-up cable for use at campsites and USB chargers in the back of the van (none in the front!). The fridge and lights will run off the battery, however you need to be hooked up to electric t use plugs (for hairdryer/plugging in electrics like laptops/tablets etc).

There is a newly fitted diesel heater, making the van very cosy in the colder months, and this can be controlled by mains, or remote control (if you do not want to have to get out of bed!)

The double passenger seat swivels around to face into the van and there is a detachable table, which makes a dining area for 4 people. This is NOT a modern swivel seat, so can be quite laborious to swivel and line up - but it is fully functioning.

Bedding for the 2 beds can be provided, however if you prefer to bring your own this is also ok.
Cooking utensils, plastic wine glasses, plates, bowls and cutlery all included.
2 camping chairs and an outdoor table are included.
No smoking allowed within the van.
Please enquire about small dogs - there will be an additional cleaning fee for this of £30 which is payable to me on collection of the van.

Little Bird comes with a full tank of diesel……and should be returned with a full tank please. additional fees will be payable otherwise.

The van will be cleaned fully prior to collection, and it is expected that it will also be returned clean (although full cleaning will take place following each rental)
