Motorhome wifi is fitted in the van so you can pay to top up or simply hotspot to your phone.
I will provide a series of videos provided to be when the van was handed over from the manufacturer, along with instruction manuals and user guides for the onboard equipment.
The van comes with a first aid kit, tool kit, levelling chocks, EHU, adapters, mini hose, watering can, etc.
The van comes with Outsmart the Thief security system including perimeter alarm for a stress free nights sleep.
Whilst the van has a solar panel and LION battery I don't recommend static off grid use for more than a couple of days as in my experience guests tend to expect too much from the battery and have on a number of occasions forced it to cut out. The off grid kit is brilliant for lay overs when you're on a road trip and driving between places every day or so.
The front lounge can be configured as two single beds or a king sized depending on what you prefer.

My daughter and I hired Garuda for a 6 night adventure around Cornwall with Misty my Grandpup. The van is very easy to drive and extremely economical on fuel. We stayed off grid the whole time and with the journeys each day and the solar panel the battery stayed above 85% the whole time.
Kathy is simply wonderful with all the help she provides and such a welcoming face and attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. She was on hand all the time even 'out of hours' when we had an issue.
So much is provided in the van to help make your stay the best. lots of little extras that make your stay so special. The sheets you fill in prior are really fabulous to help you gauge what you need to bring and what is already there for you. Misty loved borrowing Gems piggy toy so much so that we now have to get her one to go with her sheep and moo. :-D
We would definitely book with Kathy again. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time hiring this campervan – it had absolutely everything we needed for our trip away. The van was super comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for both off-grid and campsite camping. Whether we were parked up in the middle of nature or staying at a site, the van made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable.
Kathy, the owner, was incredible from start to finish. She made sure we had all the essentials and was so friendly and welcoming. Her knowledge really showed – she even gave us some fantastic tips on places to visit that we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise.
Couldn’t recommend this more – if you’re looking for a reliable van and a hassle-free adventure, this is the one!

Kathy was very good to deal with. She showed us how to use everything in the motorhome which made it easier with our holiday. We went through the forms before and after we used the van and everything was explained perfectly. I did have trouble with Gibson's at the end of the trip with a glitch in their system. The system was telling me I owed 450 pound, but it should have only been 50 pound. This was fixed after a couple of days and I was then able to approve the 50 pound to come out of the deposit. All in all everything thing else went smoothly.

We hired Kathy’s van for Glastonbury and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Kathy was fantastic — incredibly helpful, responsive, and thorough.
The handover process was detailed and informative, and no question was too much trouble. Before collecting the van, we completed a questionnaire which really helped clarify what was included, and Kathy even offered thoughtful extras like doing a shop for us beforehand.
The van itself was easy to drive and set up, and we had a smooth journey there. A couple of days into the festival, we had an issue with the leisure battery, but Kathy was immediately available with advice and support. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get it working again, so we had to manage without the facilities — but we still enjoyed our trip and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire from Kathy again.
Even with that setback, her service and attitude were faultless. Highly recommended.

Before the trip, Kathy sent us a form where we could specify which equipment we needed in the van - this was very helpful. We knew exactly what we needed to take with us. The handover was very clear and set us up nicely. We had a short trip - just 3 nights around the Yorkshire dales but we had some variety: We stayed in a basic site, wild camped one night and then finished in a more well equipped site. The van was very comfortable for two adults and two Labrador. s and it worked flawlessly. our trip was an experiment to see if we like van life before potentially buying one ourselves and we must have liked it as we bought our own van this morning!
We would highly recommend Kathy's van for anyone.

Karhyprovided us wirh a goody box, butter, jams and milk which was very welcome. Kathy was happy to accept both our fur babies who enjoyed there first experience too, we usually camp in a tent but van life is great with the British weather. We will definitely book with Kathy again

Had a wonderful trip around Wales in Kathy's camper. We were complete novices but Kathy talked us through everything in detail. I hired the van to see if it was something I would enjoy in the future and brought a friend for moral support.
Kathy's hand over was excellent and the instruction folder and videos really helpful.
The van was comfortable and well equipped for us and the dogs.
We didn't go far just around Lancashire and Yorkshire but found beautiful places. The van handled really well, but it was just a bit wide for me as a novice campervan driver. I was more confident by the end of our week.

We had a great time in Kathy’s van. The van is brilliantly equipped and was easy to drive. There was a real treat of a welcome pack with drinks and breakfast -again so well organised. All the communication with Kathy during the booking process was clear and professional. The links to Kathy’s Instagram account with online videos showing how to use the van together with the comprehensive on-board manual were invaluable and made the whole experience easy. For us this was a case of “try before you buy”, and our conclusion was a massive thumbs up. I had a fantastic experience hiring from Kathy and travelling and staying in Garuda. Kathy has thought of everything you would need and was so helpful in getting the van set up and ready to go as well as explaining everything I needed to know clearly.
It was just me and my dog Angus who also loved our trip. We went to the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, had plenty of walks, fresh air and excellent nights of sleep.
I would highly recommend Kathy and Garuda and if you are thinking about hiring a van - go for it!
