Was our first using a van hire site so little apprehensive about what we would get but the pictures and description matched perfectly and Jenifer was super helpful. She showed us round all the parts needed, was very understanding with our pick up and collection times and also helpful with recommending some places to visit in the future. Thanks for a great trip!

She shared a comprehensive pack detailing how to use Ivan before hire, and very patiently took us around the van to ensure we knew how Ivan functioned before we left her drive

I would say Ivan is better than described, the bed is very comfy, there is a full size fridge and the shower gets nice and hot. He is easy to drive, and everything is in very good condition. Everything has been thought of in the van; torches, mattress topper, fly screens, storage pockets by the bed, usb ports etc etc.
We spent 4 days at Latitude Festival, so didn't travel far but enjoyed having a bit of luxury camping.
