Driver and insurance requirements
All drivers must:
Be between 25 and 75 years old
Hold a full driving licence
Have held their licence for at least two years
Meet all applicable insurance requirements
Security deposit
Standard security deposit: £1,500
Security deposit when travelling with pets: £2,000
Identification required
Please bring two forms of identification when collecting the motorhome:
A valid driving licence
A second form of photographic identification, such as a passport
Collection
At collection, you will receive a complete handover and demonstration covering the motorhome and all its equipment. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions before beginning your journey.
Returning the motorhome
The motorhome will be inspected for damage upon its return. We operate a full-to-full policy for both fuel and gas.
Before returning the vehicle, please ensure that:
The fuel tank has been refilled
The gas has been replenished
The grey-water tank has been emptied
The WC cassette has been emptied and cleaned
Additional charges will apply if the grey-water tank or WC cassette is not emptied.
Important travel restrictions
You must disclose your complete travel itinerary—including all destinations and events—when booking.
Festival use is strictly prohibited. Travelling to an undisclosed destination or event, or attending a festival, may result in cancellation of the hire and forfeiture of the security deposit.
