Everything went very smoothly from picking up the van to taking it back. David was on hand at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. He sent through a great and entertaining video detailing everything with regards to setting the van up once parked beforehand. We had an brilliant long weekend in Connie, really well equipped and the bed extension worked really well for my 6ft 1 husband. We were at a very basic campsite with no hook-up available, so were completely off grid all weekend, and we had no issues at all, the solar panel helped keep the leisure battery topped up. Also came with jump leads and a battery charger which we used to help others that had a flat battery at the site, so very useful. Really great owners too, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend! July 2023
