Roam was born from a want to live more freely, a simpler way of life where you can clock out of reality for even just a moment and embrace life off grid.

Kitted out with everything you could possibly need for an off-road adventure, whether you're heading South for a surf, wanting to test out Van Life or just needing to check out of the matrix. We hope our babe Olive is like a home away from home and a space to experience life on the road, make memories and discover independent brands, makers and crafters all under one roof.

Gone are the days of waking up to hard ground from another failed blow-up mattress. Olive is fitted with a full-size memory foam double bed to stretch out on and get cosy under 12.5 tog duvet with 100% linen sheets (not a sleeping bag in sight). Crack open the doors and enjoy breakfast from bed with the view of your choosing or tuck up and enjoy star gazing under the nights sky.

The kitchen comes prepped with everything you need for an adventure, cutlery, plates (both ceramic and enamel), pots, pans, utensils - the works. So no need to haul everything from your own home. Equipped with a double hob and an oven that both run on gas - just hook up the canister and you're good to go.

Enjoy outdoor dining made easy. Our babe comes with a whole alfresco dining set up. Not only can you pull the drawers from the kitchen to prep outside, but we also include a BBQ. Perfect for cooking, roasting marshmallows and story telling under the stars with the fire keeping you warm. Our BBQ come fire pit is off the floor and essential for those cooler evenings.

Olive is a Mercedes Benz long-wheel-based Sprinter. She’s a head turner as unlike your standard white Sprinter van, she has been wrapped in Raptor paint - a military-grade protective spray, on top of her camo Mercedes Stone Grey coat. She also has also been fitted with BFG All-Terrain tyres designed for all-season off-road adventures. She does have a 2.3m height restriction, so worth bearing in mind for parking etc.

Tips for life with Roam:

- Before setting off each time, make sure everything is secured, either tucked into the kitchen shelf, in a drawer or stowed away in the storage shelves - trust us, we learnt the hard way, food everywhere, smashed plates, total chaos.

- Whether you’re making a coffee or cooking a fry-up, ALWAYS make sure the gas nozzle is turned to off once you’ve finished using the stove or oven.

- Olive has two skylights installed, that are perfect for bringing in natural light and fresh air around the cabin - don’t forget to close them before driving off or if it’s due to rain!

- The water system is electric, so no foot pumping for a glass of water - however, make sure the tap is switched to OFF before switching the pump on, as it’ll just soak you otherwise.

- Down to the…dirty stuff. There’s a Portaloo stowed away in the back - best for emergency use only, if we’re being real there’s not much fun to be gained from dropping your business in the back of a van and having to store it until you can dispose of it at the nearest campsite/service station.

- Showers. Whilst it doesn’t have a state-of-the-art tiny shower (space saving - did we mention the full-size double bed?) There is a shower in the back powered by solar - ideal for post-surf/hike/run/yoga and everything in between.
