Ash was very thorough at handover. An earlier user of the motorhome has caused so external damage to a wingmirror so Ash informed me of this before I arrived and also very clearly pointed out that as well as other minor scuffs to paintwork; encouraging me to photograph them too. The handover was great for a first time motorhomer like me, explaining about the leisure battery and the gas oven as well as tips to stay comfortable on our journey. Will definitely look to use Ash again in the future. August 2024
