After a few first-timer teething issues, we settled into van life easily. The van was great and Jennifer was very friendly and easy to deal with. We had a fab time. Only downside was the handover paperwork. The online Goform process didn't work which was a bit disconcerting. Would like it if the form was prepared in advance by the owner for review and sign off as the whole process of getting the van is quite time consuming.
