We booked at the last minute, as the one we were supposed to have wasn’t available and there was no contact with the original rental. With James, communication was excellent – within a single day we arranged all the details regarding pick-up and payment.
The handover was very smooth; James explained everything clearly – what each feature was for and how to use it. The campervan was well equipped, with everything you might need for a trip like this. We had no issues at all while driving the NC500, whether staying at campsites or wild camping. In case of any problem, James was always easy to reach and provided quick assistance.

A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Plenty of information given whilst booking, then on the run up to the date plenty of videos and communication to explain the process. The van was superb. All mod cons and very comfortable. Lovely to drive, we completed the NC500 plus more before handing it back. Would absolutely recommend.

First time renting through GoBooney, Dean (James) made the experience absolutely spot on. The rental went great from start to finish and while the motorhome was mostly intuitive, Dean was available at the end of the phone for a quick query. The motorhome was very clean, had everything we needed, and drove well. My partner joked about whether the rental included the breakaway chocolate bars from the pictures...Dean went out and bought some before wrapping them up and giving it as a gift to us... what a top guy.

The two bunk beds were long enough for adults to sleep in, as we did, and also the lounge makes into a good size double bed. It was easy to drive and had good acceleration and visibility. The awning was easy to put up and made a great outside dining area. I would definitely recommend this van to any couple or couple and small children for a holiday .

Dean is super friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to help wherever possible. The van was great, big enough for a family of 4 while at the same time smaller than most motorhomes. This is a good thing, especially on the narrow Scottish roads. It also allows you to park in quite narrow and short parking spots.
It's packed with features, like a microwave and oven and lots of good lighting, and has quite some storage space in all the drawers and cabinets. We also did some wild camping, which is easy with the onboard solar panel and large LPG gas tank. I also like the Truma heater that you can use to just blow in fresh air while keeping the windows shut. This way, you block out all the noise while still having fresh air to sleep in.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks exploring Scotland in this motorhome, and Dean made it even more pleasurable.

We rented this Wildaz Solaris XL as we were considering buying our own and the experience only helped confirm our desire to own one. This is a beautiful and really practical motorhome. We've recently sold our Autoquest 196 and I would rate this vehicle ahead of the 196 for overall use. We really enjoyed our time in the motorhome and the whole experience was made nice and easy by the renter. Would definitely recommend.
