Mick was great in supporting our trip, including our timings, and can’t recommend him highly enough. Mick explained the van and its operation clearly (we’re newbies and were giving the camper van life a trial). He was also happily available when we had a small issue with swinging the twin front seat around (it needed a certain knack!). The van was a good drive and in great condition. Our remaining thought is that Mick was a friendly and approachable host. Our criticism was not of the van but our inexperience :- whilst 4th berth, it was perhaps too small for 2 x adults and 2 x grown teenagers unless you always get on REALLY well!! August 2026

5 star service, first time family of 4, 2 adults and 2 small children, hiring a van for a 2 night trip to Pickering. Check in was so easy the van has been very well looked after and has everything a more you would need. Michael went through everything and was very flexible to accommodate pick up and drop off.
