Meneer bus – 2p Volkswagen integrated from 1991

Just a cool camper, that's our "Mr. Bus".
It's our first camper and we're still very happy with it!

This LT28 is a great bus to go on an adventure with two people. The raised roof makes it easy to move around in and provides a handy luggage space. We have a kitchen including a three-burner stove, sink, kitchen with complete inventory in the bus. You can also cook outside thanks to a "slide-out kitchen" with a two-burner stove (see photo). The solar panel provides enough power (the 2nd battery charges while driving), so you are not dependent on a campsite. There is a fixed bed in the camper for two people. The bed is built in crosswise, which means that the bed is only suitable for relatively small people (maximum length 175-180 cm).

The engine is powerful enough for everything, you sit just high enough for a better view of the road, but otherwise it drives (and parks!) like a normal passenger car. So absolutely no special skills are required to drive it. Of course, it is an old bus and it still has its own 1.6 liter diesel engine. That means that it drives long distances at 90-100 km per hour and is not welcome in environmental zones (mountains are fine in principle, as long as you don't take the steepest pass). You have to take that into account if you choose our sun, because we want to enjoy it for a long time! If you want to take bicycles with you, we have a bicycle carrier available to transport 2 bicycles.

We provide freshly laundered bed linen and kitchen linen.

Useful facts:
-the bus has approximately 150,000 km on the clock
-with one liter per twelve kilometers, our Mister Bus drives quite economically for a camper
-camping chairs and tables are on board, as is a Dutch oven.
-the inverter turns it into 220 V if you want to charge your laptop or something else
-there is a fresh water tank in the bus so you always have fresh water
- there is also a camping shower in the bus
