We are Elize and Pieter and since 2022 we have been the grateful owners of this Chausson 758 camper from 2019. We bought this camper second-hand and when viewing many campers, it never let us go.
Because we are still bound by the school holidays, our camper is often in storage. This can now change, because we offer our camper for rental.
When you rent our camper, we think it is important to agree and arrange everything thoroughly in advance. This also includes a good explanation, in and around the camper itself. If you have any questions during the trip, we can be reached via Whatsapp or by telephone. We also offer a manual that describes everything.
Although there is a pull-down bed, which provides four sleeping places, we prefer to rent our camper to couples.
Are you the ones who will enjoy the freedom that camping offers? We offer a well-equipped inventory, plenty of cupboard space, separate shower (with diesel boiler from the tank) and toilet. Height-adjustable queen bed (160 cm wide), Maxx fan for optimal ventilation, navigation system, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, choice of Nespresso or Senseo machine. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are also provided. There is a refrigerator and separate freezer compartment that cools on mains power, gas and 12V while driving. Cooking is done on gas, a gas bottle with reserve is available as standard. The heating is done with diesel from the engine tank. There are 230 V, 12 V and USB connections available in various places, including in the garage, for example for charging the batteries of electric bicycles. Make sure you bring the correct chargers yourself.
When the camper is used within the Netherlands, it is possible to use the internal WiFi for 'unlimited' internet, which can also be used to watch TV on a tablet or laptop.
The garage contains 2 camping chairs, a table, connection cable with various adapters and a water hose with connection accessories. There are also level blocks and a toolbox with tools (hopefully not necessary). The garage can also be reached by folding up the bed. Just under the bed you can also store luggage (shoes, groceries) in various crates.
Two (electric) bicycles can be carried on the bicycle carrier on the back.
Our camper is built on a Ford base with a strong diesel engine (Euro 6, 170 hp) with automatic gearbox and has cruise control. Stickers for a permit to drive in environmental zones are present on the windshield. The front seats are rotatable and adjustable.
Because you sleep best under your own duvet and on your own pillow, you can bring your own. However, upon consultation it is possible to have a made bed. Kitchen and bath linen also available in consultation.
It is possible to park your car in our residential area.
We can arrange pick-up and drop-off times in consultation.
House rules
We take good care of our belongings and expect the same from our tenants.
The following applies when returning:
• Full fuel tank (we will make arrangements about Adblue upon departure).
• Clean inside, outside we do.
• Empty dirty water tank
• Empty and clean toilet cassette.
There will be costs (minimum €100) involved if these matters are not in order.
Traffic fines are borne by the renter during the rental period.
