Our Ventje has been carefully put together. Everything in it has been chosen because it is right: practical, beautiful, sustainable and surprisingly comfortable. This is not your average bus. It is a thoughtfully designed space in which you can simply live comfortably on the road, whether you are away for a few days or on the road for longer.

Pop-up roof with extra space and a good bed
Thanks to the luxurious lifting roof with raised back, you have a comfortable standing height inside. That makes packing and unpacking, cooking or changing a lot easier. At the top is a full-fledged bed with a solid bed base, comfortable mattress and gas springs. The night's sleep is really of good quality and we notice that ourselves.

Smartly designed kitchen
The kitchen is located at the back of the bus, under the open hatch. This way you can cook outside while staying dry. Everything is there: gas stove, sink, dishes, pans, glasses, cutting board and cutlery. The storage space is conveniently divided, so you can quickly find what you are looking for. Whether you are making a simple pasta or an extensive breakfast, it just works well.

Comfortable sitting area
Inside it is light and uncluttered, with a cozy sitting area where you can really sit well. The seat cushions and backrests are made of a warm, sturdy fabric. The chosen color 'Indian Curry' gives atmosphere, without it becoming garish. At the table you can read, work or just drink coffee while it is raining outside.

Cassette awning for outdoor living
On the side of the bus is a black, sturdy awning that you can easily turn out. This provides shade or shelter, depending on the weather. Ideal if you like to eat, read or work outside. Of course there is an outdoor set with table and chairs.

Bicycle carrier on the flap
On the back is a carrier for two bicycles. This way you can take your own bikes with you, or rent them on the road. Handy for shopping in the village or a walk through nature. Thanks to the extra gas springs, the tailgate remains easy to open.

Solar panel and power supply
On the roof is a solar panel that provides enough power for lighting, your refrigerator and charging your phone or laptop. So you are not dependent on a campsite with power supply. Free standing is no problem.

Parking heater for cold days
Inside, you can easily heat the space with the built-in parking heater. Ideal if you are travelling in spring or autumn, or if you are just taking a few chilly days. The bus remains pleasant, even when it cools down outside.

Bamboo details & dark blue finish
The inside of the pop-up roof is finished with bamboo. This gives a warm, natural look. The bottom of the bus is professionally sprayed in a deep, dark blue color. Together with the wooden details and upholstery, this makes the whole thing calm and stylish.

Personally selected lighting
Inside, small colored lights (turquoise, white and yellow) create atmosphere in the evening. Practical and cozy.

Technical information

Model and design
This camper is built on the basis of a Volkswagen Transporter T6.1, the latest model in the VW T-series. The bus has been professionally converted by Ventje, specialist in compact, sustainable camper solutions.

Engine and fuel
The bus is equipped with a powerful and reliable 2.0 TDI diesel engine with manual transmission. It drives smoothly, even on longer distances and in hilly terrain. Diesel is readily available and affordable throughout Europe, which is useful when travelling abroad.

Number of seats with belt
Inside there are four approved seats with belts. Two in the front and two in the back. This allows you to travel comfortably with the family or with friends.

Driving license
You need a standard B driving license to drive Ventje. So you don't need an extra driving license or special experience with campers. The bus drives like a slightly larger passenger car.

Parking
Ventje fits in almost all regular parking spaces. So you can also park him in cities. Due to the relatively low height you can go in many parking garages.

Driving and consumption
The bus is equipped with modern driver assistance systems and drives smoothly, both on motorways and country roads. The consumption is around 7 to 8 litres per 100 km, depending on load and driving style.
