Hello,
We are Marjolein and Niels.
In early 2022, we converted this Fiat Ducato van into a wonderful camper. We have lived, worked, and traveled in this van ourselves for the past 2.5 years, which was a fantastic adventure. We now live back in the Netherlands and would love to share this van with others.
The bus is 6 meters long and 2.95 meters high and drives like a large passenger car. The bus has 3 seats in the front and 2 people can sleep in the bed. The bed runs the length of the bus and is 1.90 meters long and 1.80 meters wide. The bed is easy to convert into a seating area. The bed is equipped with a duvet and pillows, and there are also extra blankets in the bus for when it gets a bit colder at night. Inside, the bus is about 2.20 meters high, so even tall people can stand upright :-)
The kitchen is equipped with a stove with 2 gas burners, a refrigerator including a freezer compartment, and a large sink. There are two 30L fresh water tanks and a 30L grey water tank. The countertop is spacious and can be extended further with a fold-out section. There is plenty of cupboard space, and the van is equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery.
Furthermore, the van is equipped with 2 solar panels and 2 large leisure batteries. If the sun shines regularly, you can wild camp endlessly without having to recharge the batteries. If there is no sun, the batteries will still last 4 or 5 days without needing to be recharged, even if you use your laptop all day, for example (220V is available in the van). The van has a large awning and comes with 2 camping chairs and a table. A Porta Potti chemical toilet is available.
There are 2 inflatable SUPs (Stand Up Paddleboards) in the van that can also be used; highly recommended!
There is no radio in the car; we always use a Bluetooth speaker while driving, and that works fine. There is no navigation system either, but there is a phone holder on the windshield so you can easily use Google Maps on your phone.
In short, the bus is completely ready for the next adventure!
We hope you enjoy it just as much as we did.
Regards,
Marjolein and Niels
