We hired a motorhome from JDW Campers for a festival and couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress-free – booking was straightforward and Amanda was really helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident before setting off. The motorhome (Stone) was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly very well maintained. It had everything we needed for the trip, and the layout was comfortable and practical, even after a long day at the festival. The AC in the living area was amazing due to the hot weather. It made the whole experience so much more enjoyable having a reliable and cosy base to come back to. Pick-up and drop-off were easy and efficient, and the handover was thorough but not overwhelming. They really care about their customers having a great experience. Overall, I’d highly recommend JDW Campers to anyone looking to hire a motorhome. Our trip was perfect. Gerry was very friendly and helpful and explained everything really clearly which meant we had no operational issues during the break. We were in Norfolk for four nights and the motorhome was exactly what we needed, the space was great, lots of storage area and a comfy living area. We would definitely book a motorhome again, and this one, as it had all we needed including extra things like fans and a satnav. Thanks Gerry!

Hand over was excellent, very comprehensive and what really helped was the on-board manual as that provided an excellent recap. We loved campervan-ing and this was a brilliant experience. The van drove like a dream, it was a long journey (to Durham) but it was easy and comfortable.

We took Richard’s lovely super well equipped motor home to a music festival and it was everything we needed. Being first time motorhome hirers we were blind to what needed to be done and expect but Richard was great he went through everything with us, dropped it to us and we met to pick back up. What a great campervan, it had all the amenities you need on a vacation trip. The bed was super comfy. With the large batteries and solar panels you'll never run out of power. It was nice to drive too.

We enjoyed our weekend away in the motorhome no problems occurred this was our first experience hand over was easy kenny informed us of everything we needed to know. We wasn’t travelling to far away used both beds in the van even though there was only two of us. Didn’t do any cooking but all equipment looked like it was provided. Would definitely hire from kenny again .

We had a lovely first Motorhone’s experience in Bob. The handover and info sent beforehand really helped us have a smooth trip. Everything we needed to know was explained in detail - including all my questions. We journeyed down to Melton Mowbray on a very hot bank holiday weekend. Everything we needed was there. Ideal length for driving / parking etc. It’s set us up nicely on our journey to ownership

Beautiful little camper We were worried we'd find it cramped but the van extender and little hidden away facilities were absolutely fantastic. The space is used so well and not to mention it comes with the world's biggest awning and a double camping bed so you also have that space as well. There was a couple of things we couldn't work out but after texting Carl, he responded immediately and helped us with everything we needed. Beautiful van and fantastic hosts. We'd definitely book Blanche again!
