Towards freedom with our LMC Cruiser 731 Comfortline from 2016

After renting a camper for a number of years, we decided to purchase a camper ourselves. It became this LMC Cruiser 731. We would like to make our camper available to people who would like to camp, but do not own a camper.
Our camper may be over 7 meters long, but it only has 2 sleeping places in the form of 2 longitudinal beds in the back. By placing an intermediate piece in the middle, you can make 1 large bed out of 2 beds
Double bed. There is also plenty of cupboard space in the sleeping area. Bed linen can be rented for a small fee. Towels, tea towels and duvets are provided. However, you must bring your own pillows. The camper is also equipped for 4 people.

There is air conditioning in both the cabin and the living area. The L-seat is spacious with a side bench and both the driver's seat and the passenger's seat can be rotated. In addition to the 2 seat belts in the cabin, there are also 2 belt points in the L-seat. So it is possible to travel with 2 adults and 2 children. You will need to bring a 2-person tent for sleeping. There is cutlery, crockery and garden furniture for 4 people. The latter when 4 chairs are required.

The kitchen is also user-friendly and equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, a sink with tap and a worktop. There is also plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities and there is cutlery and crockery for 4 people. There is both a kettle and a whistling kettle, so you can cook water on gas or electric for a nice cup of coffee or tea. There is also a spice rack that you can use. However, you are requested to replenish this when something runs out. Cleaning cloths, a washing-up brush, washing-up bowl and tea towels are also provided. The camper has a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment and a separate vegetable container at the bottom.

To keep the camper a bit clean during the holiday, there is a bucket with a mop, a petty thief and a sweeper and dustpan. A friendly request to take off your shoes outside, so that the dirt is not brought inside.
There is a toilet with sink. The shower is separate from the toilet. 2 towels are provided as standard in the camper, so you do not have to bring your own.

The garage can be reached from both the inside and the outside and has a large access door on both sides. In the garage you will find garden chairs and a table, the outdoor rug and a separate cooking table. You can also enjoy a drink and a drink under the awning. There is an outdoor lamp for when it gets dark. In the garage there is a table lamp and a colored light cord to create some more atmosphere.
To get the real camping feeling, there is also a 2-burner outdoor stove that is easy to connect to the gas system of the camper.

The camper is equipped with an LPG gas system. The LPG gas bottles are of course full upon delivery, but can easily be refilled at a gas station if necessary. However, this will not be necessary with normal use of the gas.
You will also have an extensive navigation system available on which all camper pitches and campsites can be called up from the Campercontact app. This way you will never get lost and arrive at your campsite without any problems. In addition, the navigation takes the height and width of the camper into account, so that you will not be faced with any surprises.

There is a bicycle rack on the back on which 2 electric bicycles can be transported. You can also use a bicycle cover to keep the bicycles out of sight.

When you pick up the camper, we take plenty of time to explain everything clearly and answer your questions. There is a kind of instruction manual in the camper that you can consult during your holiday. If desired, you can receive it digitally from us, possibly before your holiday.

We assume that you will treat our camper as your own and therefore treat it with care. If something unexpectedly breaks, please report it after the holidays. We can then replenish this so that the inventory remains complete. In the case of larger defects, we can either call in the insurance or settle it via the deposit.
Cleaning supplies are available in the camper and we expect the camper to be returned clean on the inside. You don't have to clean the outside, we do that ourselves.
Furthermore, the gray water tank must be empty. The toilet cassette must of course also be returned empty and clean.
You will receive a full tank of diesel and we also expect a fully fueled camper to return. You do not need to refill the LPG gas system, this is included in the price.

Duvets are standard in the camper. You have the option to rent fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. You must bring your own pillows. If you would like to use this, please let us know and we will ensure that it is in the camper when you pick it up. The costs for this package are €35 and must be paid in cash upon collection.

The renter and/or driver of the camper must be at least 30 years old.

Some small tips for using the camper:
 Make sure that the rear swings out and so look carefully in the mirror when driving away. Our advice is to let the co-driver watch outside. This also applies when driving into a campsite and placing the camper on site.
 Make sure that the awning is folded down if you are away from the camper for a longer period of time. The awning can be damaged in unexpected bad weather.
 When it rains you can sit under the awning, but let the awning dry thoroughly before rolling it up. If it is rolled up wet, then roll it out again later, when it is dry, so that it can dry properly.
 Please take off your shoes outside and put on slippers inside, for example. This means you don't bring in any dirt that is under your shoes. Saves you an extra cleaning.
 There is a kind of manual in the camper that you can consult if something is not clear. If anything remains unclear, you can always app or call us.
 Otherwise, just enjoy the holiday and leave all obligations at home.
