JOEY – 2-seater Peugeot bus from 2019

Our camper JOEY :)

We converted our bus into a camper in 2023/2024 to make our big trip through Europe. This was truly amazing and the bus performed perfectly. Because we enjoyed it so much and don't use the camper much now, we would like to share this experience with others.

The camper is equipped to stay completely off-grid:
- 600Ah battery, with built-in inverter up to 2000W, a 210W solar panel, and the bus's alternator also charges the batteries. This way, you have power anytime, anywhere.
- 150L fresh water, 10L boiler, 90L grey water tank. This way, you can shower, cook, and do the dishes wherever you are.
- Tap with filter; There is a second tap next to the main one, from which filtered water comes. We drank water from this throughout the entire trip in all countries, without any problems. So, always fresh drinking water!
- Air conditioning/heating on the roof, so a comfortable temperature everywhere. (Note: this does consume a lot of battery power when off-grid)
- Indoor shower; There is a shower on board, so you can freshen up even when you are in the woods or at the beach.
- Oven and 2 gas burners; so it's easy to cook delicious dishes!
- Extra locks on the doors and an extra lock on the gearbox; Always a safe feeling.

Extra:
- Skylight above the bed; Wonderful to look at the stars at night.
- The chairs turn around so that you can relax comfortably.
- Large garage under the bed for stuff.
- Fold-out kitchen worktop, for extra space while cooking or eating.
- Socket on the outside, for when power is needed on the terrace.
- Coffee maker and kettle in the bus.
- Cookware set, camping tableware and cutlery on board.
- Dishwashing rack and brush on board.
