The van was in excellent condition for its age and the handover was smoothly done. Zoe and Jamie were clear in their communication and the user manual is a helpful bonus. The car battery went flat on our first day unfortunately (possibly due to the van not having been used in a while), but Zoe offered to reimburse our cost in getting a charger / cables which is highly appreciated. Her response was also timely and we felt reassured amidst the issue. As a result of the above incident, the van received a parking fine (we were stuck in a McDonalds car park which has a time limit). However, Zoe and Jamie offered to share the cost with us at the end, which is another very kind gesture as well. Overall an excellent experience and I will definitely rent the van again next time!

We had a fantastic experience renting this motorhome. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, making our trip comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. A special mention to Carl, who was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process — from booking to handover and even during the trip. His clear communication, friendliness, and willingness to help made a huge difference and gave us complete peace of mind. Highly recommended, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

Dean is a Great host and it was a real easy handover when collecting Doris, he explains everything you need to know before you leave, She’s immaculately clean and tidy, just take your own quilt, food & alcohol for a few cocktails at night under the stars on the coast taking in the views 😍 me, my partner and Ziggy the dog hired doris for a week for Christmas and went home to North Yorkshire to stay in Whitby (very cold weather up there) but the camper was very very comfortable and warm with the mattress topper and diesel heater, we had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time, 5 stars all the way we highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a camper to go and explore, she’s the perfect little setup for any weather and for off grid, the only part we didn’t like was when we had to give her back 😂 we’ve already planned our next couple of trips to explore Cornwall and a trip over to jersey. Thank you for the hire dean we had an amazing Christmas and can’t wait for our next trip with Doris, we appreciate it, see you soon
