This Carado camper is a 2020 model. It's a modern camper for one or two people (possibly with one small child, then three). It's sporty, luxurious, and above all, very compact, just 5.98 meters long!

This campervan is a semi-integrated motorhome with an automatic transmission. We charge a modest surcharge of €7.50 per day for the automatic transmission, which is included in the standard price.

Its compact size, well-thought-out layout and available luxury make this the ideal camper for people who love to travel with a handy camper that can take you anywhere.

This practical campervan boasts an excellent balance between everyday transportation and campervan. It's as compact and maneuverable as a van, yet offers all the luxury and space of a full-fledged semi-integrated campervan. Its exceptionally compact exterior dimensions and excellent handling make it a joy to drive.

They're spacious and equipped with a comfortable, fixed, low bed. These campervans are fully equipped. The campervan is the same length as a van but much more spacious, making it easy to park in the city! Only 60 cm longer than a mid-size car.
The camper has a fixed bed in the back, where a small bed (for example for a child up to +/- 10 years) can be arranged over the table.

This camper is equipped with a car phone, air conditioning in the car and air conditioning in the living area (so no more sleeping in extreme heat), but also features such as a microwave with grill function, climate control in the living area, and 200 free extras.

The campervan has a special campervan navigation system that includes its dimensions, making navigating Europe hassle-free. It always uses the campervan's dimensions to guide you to the right places. This system also lists all ACSI campsites and campervan sites in Europe, which you can select along your route.

The campervans are also extensively furnished and have a TV with USB that can be used while driving. As a luxury extra, you can also rent a fully automatic satellite dish for this campervan, allowing you to watch Dutch television. You can then watch Ned 1, 2, and 3, RTL 4, 5, and 7, SBS, and many other channels, for which we charge a small surcharge. These dishes are state-of-the-art and can be used far into Spain, Portugal, Norway, and Sweden.

Its powerful 135 hp engine with extra-stabilized chassis makes even challenging routes effortless and comfortable. The spacious, fixed rear bed with easy access and a high-quality mattress makes you feel like you're sleeping in your own bed.

This campervan has ample closet and cupboard space. It also offers plenty of storage for extra luggage. For example, there's a large garage under the bed. At the front is a luxurious seating area with swiveling front seats. A beautiful table completes the seating area. There's a spacious shower and toilet area at the rear next to the bed, and a practical kitchen in the middle of the campervan.

During the low season (November 1st to April 1st), the offer is valid for 2 weeks, plus 3 weeks of rental. The camper can be picked up on any weekday and rented for 8, 9, or 10 days, for example. During the peak season (April 1st to November 1st), the camper can only be rented for full weeks, from Friday to Friday. The additional cost of the automatic dish, €7.50 per day, is payable separately to the rental company upon pickup. This also applies to the additional cost of the fully automatic satellite dish, €3.75 per day.

During the peak season (April 1st to November 1st), pick-up and drop-off days are Fridays; from November 1st to April 1st (low season), pick-up and drop-off days are negotiable, but generally take place on Fridays. Families and/or couples can rent the campervan without prior consultation. Groups, other than a family or couple, can only rent the campervan in consultation with us. This is only possible with written permission and when the entire group is known. This is due to negative experiences in the past. Failure to comply with this agreement will result in full liability for any damages.

EXPLANATION:
• During the Christmas/spring break (21 Dec '23 - 5 Jan '24 and 17 Feb '24 - 2 Mar '24) the minimum rental period is 9 days, unless you stay in the Benelux;
• During the Christmas/spring holidays there is a surcharge of €10 per day;
• For bookings of 2 weeks or more during the Christmas/spring holidays, the surcharge will be waived and 2 = 3;
• In almost all European countries (including France-Pyrenees!) it is a criminal offence to drive on summer tyres between 15 November and 15 March without being equipped for winter conditions (see also the ANWB website, among others); if this is found, it means returning to the Netherlands + a hefty fine (we fit winter tyres free of charge during this period); we fit all campers on winter tyres free of charge;
• In many European countries it is also mandatory to take snow chains with you; you can rent these from us additionally;
• The campervans are not insured during the low/early season between Barcelona and Rome. Rentals of more than three weeks are, however, and can be insured. This can be slightly deviated from in consultation with us or upon request to the insurer. This is due to renters who drive long distances in a short period, spend extended periods behind the wheel, and have caused considerable (and sometimes substantial) damage in recent years.
• During the low/early season, travel to Scandinavia is not permitted without the express permission of us/your insurer; this is due to the (significantly) increased risk of damage caused by continuous freezing of roads in large parts of Scandinavia, where so-called "studded tires" are a legal/insurer's requirement;
• The campers are only rented to families or couples; not groups.

Please note! Except during low season, we only rent for periods of two weeks or more. We will make an exception, if possible, for rentals four weeks or more before the departure date.
