Our vehicle, a 2014 CITROEN JUMPY phase 2 Exclusive finish, is equipped with a 163hp HDI diesel engine. The vehicle has an overall height of 1.89 meters: it passes almost all parking barriers and its 1.89 meters height allows it to be accessible for easy parking in most underground car parks even with its XL version with an overall length of 5.3 meters X overall width 1.92 meters X overall height 1.89 meters.
I am a former upholsterer and I transformed the family vehicle into a converted van very recently. It will be totally ready for new pretty getaways from April 01, 2023, for a discovery in "VAN life" mode.
The vehicle is equipped with cruise control, power steering and GPS. You will also have a tablet available that you can connect to your SMARTPHONE in connection sharing to use it in additional navigation mode (MAPPY, WAZE, GOOGLE MAPS or other discovery websites in the region you want to visit) or in television mode after your journey for the end of the evenings.
It is also equipped with a large bed 1.9 meters long and 1.5 meters wide with a real foam mattress. We provide two sleeping bags that you can link together to make a large sleeping bag for 2 people, 2 blankets and 2 comfortable feather pillows (and mattress covers), this bed can be transformed into a bench with removable table for dinner for two people. In terms of autonomy, it is equipped with an autonomous ECOFLOW Delta Mini 882 Wh battery (rechargeable from the mains or vehicle battery) to which you can connect all PC or portable devices. The battery powers the 45-litre refrigerator with a small DOMETIC CoolMatic CRX-50 freezer section which lasts well over 3 days without recharging.
Under the bed, there is a large chest, a large sliding drawer and a sliding cabinet. A piece of furniture is placed on the rear part of the vehicle receiving the fridge, storage and 2 drawers and 2 pull-outs (a CAMPINGAZ stove and the necessary kitchen utensils, the folding sink (washing-up liquid, sponge, scraper, detergent, tea towels are provided if you need) with clean water supplies Drinking water jerry cans - Capacity: 25 liters + 10 liters An outdoor shower (CARBEST recharge pump Shower USB recharge) is available as well as the awning that is fixed on the open tailgate of the vehicle and its shower curtain.
In the trunk under the bed are stored a real folding outdoor table for 4 people, 2 folding and comfortable armchairs as well as 3 DECATHLON folding occasional stools, a parasol, walking sticks, a kite, an electric scooter, a beach (ATTENTION: Remove the rest of the coal embers that have not been consumed and wait for it to cool completely before returning it to the vehicle) and a 25m extension cord available for connection (with the CEE wire adapter / female plug).... .
You will find a handy shoe rack to store your sandals on returning from the beach, which is fixed behind the passenger seat. This same seat is mounted on a swivel base to accommodate two people in dinette mode.
