There is a spacious seating area and a spacious bathroom.
A large refrigerator, a spacious trunk, a bike rack for 4 bikes, and a tow bar for a small trailer provide extra convenience.
There is a TV with a DVD player and an automatic satellite with a TV-Vlaanderen card.

IMPORTANT INFO:
The option to reduce the deposit to €150.00 is presented by Goboony as if it were a 'favor' from the landlords, which is not the case at all.
Goboony does not give us, as landlords, the option to deactivate the waiver of the deposit up to €150.00. However, Goboony is failing to honor its promise to us as landlords to promptly reimburse €1,250.00 in the event of damage.
As the landlord, we therefore only accept bookings from prospective tenants who pay the €1,250.00 deposit. Only in this way do we, as the landlord, have the guarantee that the deductible on our insurance will be reimbursed in the event of any damage.
