Dan the Campervan – Bürstner Campeo - 2p bus from 2021

This Bürstner Campeo's nickname is Dan the Campervan. It was specially designed and proudly equipped for numerous long-distance excursions. I wanted to briefly describe Dan for you but that didn't work out, here it comes...

- En route -

The pilot seats with armrests, power steering and cruise control provide a wonderful driving experience. The 75l diesel tank and extra 20l jerry can will take you south in one go. If you drive defensively at low speed with the Citroen 2.2 engine with 140 hp and 6 manual gears, you can achieve an average consumption of 8.6 l/100 km.

Because it is barely 6m long (2.65m high), you can easily go into the city, with the Euro 6 diesel (FR & DE environmental sticker available). So you can park in a regular parking space, and the reversing camera comes in handy here. The radio is equipped with DAB+, FM, Bluetooth car kit and USB input. There is a place on the dashboard where you can attach your mobile phone or tablet for navigation. With a loading capacity of 545kg, you don't have to worry about unsafe excess weight.

- Living -

Dan the Campervan has the ideal intermediate size, despite its limited length, it is spaciously furnished on the inside with an open layout. The rear doors can be opened completely to enjoy the view from the bed, unlike most mobile homes with a closed back and a narrow entrance door. The wide sliding door (equipped with a fly screen) on the side provides a beautiful view outside from the lounge/dining area.

- Cozy and functional lighting: adjustable reading lights, high beam, dimmable reading strips and indirect floor lighting.
- Lounge/dining area with adjustable and extendable table.
- Kitchen with sink, 2-burner gas stove and 90l refrigerator (electric) with freezer compartment.
- Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower that can also go outside through the window.
- Lots of cupboard space, one cupboard is equipped with clothes hangers, large storage space under the bed.
- 100l fresh water tank, an all-season campervan thanks to the powerful heating, insulation and extra Soplair Thermocover for the windows of the driving cabin.
- Thule awning against sun or rain. Built-in mosquito screens on side and roof windows.
- TV for rainy days.
- Equipped with a solar panel and a double 95a residential battery. In addition to several 220V sockets (only work when connected to mains power), there are also several USB charging points (that work on residential batteries)
- The campervan is equipped with a sticker with a QR code on the inside with a hyperlink to instructional videos, useful during your trip.

- To sleep -

At 197x152 cm, it is one of the most spacious double beds at the back of a campervan, equipped with the comfortable Bürstner bed concept with cold foam mattresses. Equipped with double mattress protection that is cleaned after each rental.

Furthermore, Dan the Campervan is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful and comfortable holiday:

- Bicycle rack for two bicycles. However, electric bicycles are not permitted as the total loading capacity is max. 35kg (max. 19kg per rail), closed size 30cm (open 50cm)
- Cooking utensils: coffee maker (Bialetti type), plates, glasses, bags, cutlery, pots, pan, .... full list available on request.
- Camping set: adjustable outdoor table, 2 comfortable seats, washing line and clothes pegs, card game, Frisbee and string of lights for outside on the awning, for example.
- Travel kit: extension cable, power strip, full gas bottle (with spare), fire extinguisher, warning triangle, level blocks, water hose, toilet cleaner, first aid kit, fluorescent vests, tension straps, ...

All included in the rental price.
