Easy pickup and good van!

Good, professional company to deal with, unlike another UK one we tried before. Extremely we ell maintained motorhome, that had lots of extras like games, microwave, electric barbecue and shower and cleaning products. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because both beds required a ladder to enter, which did not suit us. But in hindsight we should have seen that on the description.

It was our first time renting Campervan in the Uk and via Gaboony. The overall experience was great! We found Nathan very approachable and responsive to all our questions and queries. We had a fantastic trip in Raymundo. Communication with Kate was brilliant, and handover of the van went smoothly. Instructional video on how the heating, electricity and lighting works. We camped in pouring rain and were dry, warm and very comfortable. Very comfortable mattress topper. Raymundo is equipped with everything you need for a well contained trip away. Chairs and table already in the van. Very comfortable drive, large sat nav screen. Absolutely great campervan. Huge thank you to Kate for excellent communication throughout.

What a fantastic find this has been. I have had campers before years ago but never hired one. This was such a simple process and the information given on how to use everything was excellent especially the youtube videos. Nina and Ant made me feel comfortable at both pick up and drop off. The van drove fantastically and everything you needed is included. My little boy adored it so much he wants to book again for our next adventure. Will defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable camper in the Derbyshire area.

We would highly recommend Betsy. We had a great trip doing the NC500. Communication with Mandy was excellent from start of booking right the way through till after the trip. I found Betsy very comfortable and easy to drive. Being compact also made her easy to park either on roads or on car parks. Inside she was very comfortable, the bedding as extra was also very cosy so definitely take that option. She had plenty of crockery, pans etc and the tea coffee etc were nice extra touches. Not a negative but more a suggestion to make her even better, we thought she could do with a chopping board, bread knife and scissors just to make meal prep easier and save any worries of damaging work tops etc. None of that would stop me recommending her to anyone and would definitely look to book her on future trips.

Hi .. this was our first Motorhome holiday and we loved it ! We would use Goboony and Linzi again. Both were very easy to deal with..Linzi was flexible with timings of pickup and drop off. The van was perfect for two, it was clean and fully equipped and Linzi was very thorough with explaining how it all worked. We did the nc500 which is awesome !!
