I needed a van to go away at short notice as mine had broken down (again). On a Tuesday evening I'm on goboony looking for a van to hire for Thursday for 4 days. This one popped up as it was close by. I wasn't looking for anything big, I just needed access to some facilities and somewhere to rest whilst supporting my disabled friend live her life to the fullest (in her own van). This van drives very well and has a good engine to keep up with traffic flow. The drive was very smooth and comfortable. The facilities were more than I needed but it was really good to know what was available. The owners were great at showing me how to handle the facilities as I had no prior experience with a motorhome or its equipment. I used the gas for the hob and grill, I used the toilet and water in the w/c sink. I didn't use the oven, kitchen tap/sink (hot and cold water), shower or heating (not required for bank holiday heatwave!). The owners had a couple of laminated instruction sheets for me to refer to which I read once I settled to site to assure myself I was doing things correctly. There is plenty of storage space. I was able to add a few of my ice blocks to the fridge to keep my items cool for a good 3 days. There are front window blinds to keep the cab area cool and a good sturdy table for outdoor eating. I took my own camping chair and bedding. I used my friends spare foam mattress to top the bed as it was a little hard for me (I have an existing back issue). I would really recommend these owners and this van for trips away whether off grid or hook up, it really is a super van for trips away. The owners were very helpful when I was going through booking as this was my first time and on meeting they were friendly and personable and took the time to show me how things worked until I was comfortable. There are safety features, CO2 extinguisher and fire/carbon monoxide alarm. As it was soo hot, the roof windows were a god send to keep the van cool. The toilet cassette was easy to empty as it had a handle to pull it along (no carrying required). Also very economical with fuel, I felt, we were cruising to our destination and in no rush.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Martyna was fantastic in her communications, every message I sent was answered within max 30mins and more usually before 5 mins. The van is excellent, its a real wow factor, even better than it looks in the photos. Its great to drive, nice and smooth and automatic, its extremely clean and imaculately cared for. It has everything you need from cables, to plates, dishes cuttlery, campchairs, table etc and the fridge with freezer section stays on all of the time, so always have cold drinks and bacon ready for breakfast. It was my first campervan experience and it definitely lived up to my expectations. THANK YOU Martyna, great to meet you and your lovely family. Great motor home. The solar panels make it perfect for being off grid with no hook up, and the automatic gear box makes is nicer to drive. Great communication with owner too. Thank you.

We had an absolutely fantastic week in Ernie. I can’t recommend James enough - he was friendly and responsive and gave us really clear instructions on how everything worked (it was our first time in a campervan). The van itself was perfect - we had everything we needed and it was spotless. It was a real trip to remember, especially for our young son.

Cracking motorhome and Experience with Andrew. It was our first time and what a trip we had. Andrew was helpful and responsive. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The motorhome was well equipped and was a plug and play solution! I just need another half term and I’ll be going again.

Our experience with Robert was exceptional. Really great info videos about the van and a really easy flexible pickup and drop off which made the trip stress free. We took the van up to the Isle of Skye and it was absolutely perfect for our trip. It’s so well equipped if you chose to cook yourself but easy enough to park and fit around more suburban areas and pubs. Thanks again Rob, we loved our time with your van!
