Ben was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The communication was top-class—clear, quick, and genuinely helpful at every stage, which made the whole process completely stress-free. The campervan itself was superb. It was spotless, well-equipped, and clearly very well looked after. Everything worked exactly as it should, and it made the whole trip that much more enjoyable and comfortable. You can tell Ben really cares about providing a great experience, and it shows in both how he deals with people and the quality of the campervan he offers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and we’ll definitely be looking to book with him again in the future. He was pivotal in making the trip as memorable as it was.

We rented Vinnie for our NC500 trip and it was truly incredible. The campervan had everything we needed, was easy to drive, and made the whole journey stress-free. Absolutely fantastic experience from booking the campervan to handing it back to Eun. Eun was in touch very quickly after booking to introduce himself to let us know he was available to answer any questions leading up to the hire. He got in touch a couple of days beforehand to get all the documents in place, this made the pickup so much easier as it got everything sorted really quickly. On pickup day, Eun went over everything in the van and also sent a video outlining how to work everything - this was a great reminder as first time users of a campervan to refer back to during the trip. The van was in excellent condition and caused no issues across the week. We loved our time with the van and can’t wait to use Cohen’s again - great company, can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had the most amazing trip in this motorhome driving round the NC500. We had never driven a motorhome before so we watched a tutorial on how it works before we got there then Kylie went through all the details with us as we went through the check in process. Also loved that the collection time is earlier than most other rentals. Great host, we had a couple of small questions (due to user error on our part!) throughout the trip and she responded really quickly and was able to resolve for us swiftly. Would 100% recommend 😍😍😍
