Short or long trip, far or near, winter or summer, DigiDuck is ideal for going on holiday or work trip off the grid as a Digital Nomad, young couple or hip mother/father/daughter/son combination, staying overnight inconspicuously and driving safely. Due to its camouflage colors as a workhorse (ex Telenet), there is no suspicion from the outside that it can also serve as a mobile home.
It is ready to move in and well equipped, just bring your clothes and (possibly) food! Two people can sleep comfortably (on two 70 cm wide and 190 cm long mattresses, together a 140 cm wide double bed) and a third person (up to 1.70 m) can sleep on a temporary place via an extra mattress (on request).
Cooking and living
DigiDuck is fully illuminated with LED lights. The vehicle is equipped with everything you need to cook in different ways and wherever you want (all separately): an electric induction fire and a mini charcoal barbecue for camping, a gas fire and gas barbecue for on the road (gas bottles available). Cutlery, plates, cups, pots, pans and all kinds of kitchen necessities are widely available. You store your food in an absorption refrigerator, which works at the campsite or on separate gas bottles for off-grid camping. A large water tank is available and there is hot water at the campsite (electric boiler). Small pump tank available for washing dishes and the tap can also serve as an outdoor shower (pop-up shower cabin provided). A porta-potti toilet is hidden under a cupboard. Finally, the most common consumable products are already provided in the car (toilet supplies, eco detergent, eco washing product, herbs).
To sleep
Pillows and sleeping linen in the car are included in the price! Please let us know if you want two separate sheets/duvets or one large sheet/duvet. The car has diesel heating for the colder periods.
Digital equipment - DigiDuck specialty
What makes the DigiDuck special is its complete digital equipment available to you:
- Internet access via 4G modem: unlimited data within Belgium; outside Belgium & within EU 3 gigabytes/day free; Please note with countries outside the EU: no data is possible here unless as an extra service via Starlink satellite internet. This extra service is also possible within the EU, for example for places without 4G reception (see option 3 below)
- Television with Airplay and streaming options in the sleeping area
- Bluetooth speaker UE Boom 2
- 200 Wp solar panels, AGM battery and 700 watt inverter, sufficient sockets and USB A charging points + outside entrance for power from the campsite (note: the battery currently only charges via the solar panels).
Always present: a lot of extra and pleasant camping equipment
In addition, there is a lot of extra camping equipment available to make your trip very pleasant, such as a table + stools, mosquito net, relaxation chair, extra lights for outside, and a separate awning. You will receive a complete list when you book.
Also always present: ever heard of France Passion? This allows you to spend a night in France for free at many picturesque places to stay, from (wine)growers to artists. Our car always has an active France Passion subscription and a catalog in the glove compartment. Are you going on holiday somewhere else in Europe? Please inquire whether we can arrange a subscription for you to a similar formula for the country of your destination, at a small additional cost. Such formulas exist in almost all countries in Europe, except... in Belgium and the Netherlands (see the website of the FEFI, the federation of organizations of 'invitation formulas').

Additional services
Option 1: extra sleeping tent
You can get an extra large sleeping tent (inflatable), air mattresses and camp beds for 4 people for a fixed extra amount of 20 euros per day (up to three days), 100 euros per trip (four to ten days) or 200 euros per trip ( more than 10 days).
Option 2: have your mobile home cleaned after your return! Don't feel like cleaning inside and outside? We understand that all too well after a nice holiday! You can clean your mobile home with us at the affordable rate of 45 euros, all-in!
Option 3: extended digital service: internet access and printer
- Starlink satellite internet - everywhere coverage independent of 4G (antenna to be installed during a stop): 100 euros per trip (from two to thirty days, after that 100 euros for each month started), no data limit
- Mobile HP Deskjet series 3700 color printer/scanner USB A and C connection with ink: 30 euros per trip
- Extra data 4G modem within EU/outside Belgium: per gigabyte more volume consumed in EU on top of free volume: 2.5 euros (will be charged via the deposit). Please note that if roaming data costs are incurred outside the EU (Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway), these will be charged. So also be careful with border areas. Please inform me if you plan to travel to non-EU countries or border areas.
Option 4: Bicycle carrier on the towbar: 10 euros/day (up to three days) or 50 euros per trip (from four days).
