Zorro will quickly get you in the holiday mood!
How do you do that?
It's very simple... get on board together and enjoy the journey, destination unknown, sharing all the fun...
The Renault Trafic (L2H1) does not offer great luxury, but it does offer the pure enjoyment of traveling and discovering the changing landscape.
What does he have to offer?
-it drives and parks like a normal van
-tow bar (trailer up to 750kg)
-two spacious seats, third narrower seat (all 3 in the front, with seat belts) with a wide view
-the 2 liter engine is 120 hp strong, Euro 6, has 6 gears and consumes 7 liters per 100 km with a calm driving style
The living unit at the back is well-insulated and comfortable, curtained, and includes a sofa, a sink with running water, several electrical outlets (220V, max 600W total), and a small refrigerator. It can accommodate two to three people, have a drink, and more.
-handy storage space under the passenger seats
You can also convert the rear bench seat into a standard single bed, with storage compartments on both sides. Adults can sleep comfortably here. One side window can be opened for ventilation.
-On the trailer, you'll find a roof tent, where two people can sleep. You can reach the roof via a ladder.
Both the living area and the roof tent have a mattress. You will need to provide your own duvets and down comforters.
-plates, cutlery, cups, pots etc. are available for 4 people (inventory included)
The water tank provides 50 liters of running water, and the household batteries provide enough power for the mood lighting and a few power outlets to charge appliances and keep the refrigerator cool.
These batteries recharge while driving or from the solar panels on the roof. At a campsite, you can also connect the Zorro to the electricity grid.
-there is ample storage space at the rear (boxes and drawers)
-With its EURO 6 diesel engine (Ad Blue), Zorro is allowed in all LEZs in Flanders.
-Umweltplakette for Germany, environmental sticker for Austria and Crit'air sticker for France are already available
-Tare: 2440, Maximum Permissible Mass: 3030kg, Payload: 515kg, Maximum Trailer Weight: 750kg
Additional benefits:
I'd be happy to call you after your request. We'll then discuss whether Zorro is the most suitable travel partner for you. If I suspect it isn't, I'll explain why.
You can always come by beforehand to get acquainted with the vehicle. We can then practice with the roof tent.
Do you need an alternative pick-up/drop-off time? This is certainly negotiable.
Are you ready to embark on an adventure?
-with a calm driving style you not only save fuel, but also the environment
-you don't cook in the living room, but outside
You receive it with a full tank of diesel and return it with a full tank. Incorrect fueling is the renter's responsibility.
-the sockets are only for charging electronic devices (max 600W in total)
-check carefully that there are no loose items in the living area that could be scattered around while driving
-note the height of the car: with the roof tent it is 2.35m high
-small pets: negotiable
-50 liters of water in the water tank: the water is NOT drinkable, but can be used for washing dishes. Always turn off the pump with the switch after use.
-traffic violations are paid by the renter
-anything broken during the trip will be charged afterwards
-Return Zorro as neatly as you received him, this will save you cleaning costs.
