La location est satisfaisante mais ne convient pas à tous les types de voyage et de locataires. Peu de disponibilité de la part du propriétaire en générale, ce sont ses contacts (sœur et amie) qui nous ont remis les clés du véhicule avec très très peu d’explications, ce qui n’a pas facilité sa prise en main. Pour une première location en van ce n’est clairement pas idéal. Le van n’est pas adapté à certains lieux comme les Dolomites car trop vieux et pas assez puissant. Il manquait certains éléments au sein du van et d’autres étaient en mauvaise état (pommeau de douche, linge de lits). Bien que le van soit fonctionnel, nous avons été limités à certains moments du voyage. La vie dans ce van reste agréable, mais il gagnerait à être un peu mieux entretenu.

Communication with Tommaso went OK，handover was handled by his very nice father，who was flexible and communicative. The campervan is basic but functions well and was enough for what I needed. It drives well and the LED lights inside work well. I didn’t use or try water/gas.
Tommaso is a nice guy, but it could be more punctual and communicative. The van is quite old and shaky.
