Free vehicle delivery and return times:

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Deliveries from 2 pm to 5 pm

• Returns from 9 am to 12 pm.

Times with an extra charge:

All other times have an extra charge that must be paid upon vehicle collection. Please do not confuse these amounts with the 'Delivery Fees' paid through Yescapa.

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

A vehicle can be delivered in the morning or returned in the afternoon, but this will incur a half-day charge and requires authorization from our staff.

We also offer extended hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., subject to staff approval. This service has an additional cost of €59.90 for deliveries and €29.90 for returns.

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (Appointment only)

• Deliveries from 8am to 8pm: €89.90 (Option subject to availability).

• Returns from 8am to 8pm: €49.90 (Option subject to availability).

Public Holidays: 01/01, 06/01, 29/01, 05/03, 02/04, 03/04, 23/04, 01/05, 12/10, 02/11, 07/12, 08/12 and 25/12

Weekend, public holiday, or extended hours pick-up and drop-off are managed by appointment within the contracted hours.

• All bookings longer than 14 days include a free kitchen set.

• All trips include the following free of charge: gas cylinder, toilet tablets and complimentary toilet paper, 220V extension cord, hose, wheel chocks, welcome kit, and cleaning products.

• Pets are welcome at no extra cost.

What should I know before starting your trip?

• You must be at least 26 years old and have held a valid driver's license for at least two years. All European licenses and most international licenses are accepted. Drivers from outside Europe must have an international driving permit. You must present the original, valid documents. Digital copies are not accepted.

• A €1500 security deposit will be required upon arrival, payable by debit or credit card in the name of the booking holder.

• For festival rentals, an additional €2,500 security deposit is required.

• You must respect the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off times, or you may be subject to a penalty.

*The time required for vehicle pick-up is approximately one hour.

*The motorhome must be returned clean.

• If, for reasons beyond our control, such as an accident or breakdown, your reserved vehicle is unavailable, Topcaravaning reserves the right to substitute it with another vehicle of the same or higher category, always respecting the number of seats. This will not constitute a breach of contract nor entitle the renter to any refund.

• Bookings are managed by Yescapa. Any questions regarding payments or cancellations should be directed to Yescapa. The chat service is managed by the rental company.
