Handover went smooth and we were on the road quick however sadly had an issue with the van not far into the trip. Contacted Ross and he got in his other van and drove it to us to swap us over quickly and allow us to continue on with our trip. Both vans were phenomenal (minus the issue we had with the first one but that is sadly just part of motor vehicles! So it’s nothing on Ross or his vans!) We then went off to Mull for the weekend. The van was great to drive, easy to use and switch between the drive set up and camping set up. The van was extremely comfortable and came well equipped with everything we needed for the trip

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish ! We are a family of 4 ( 7 yr old and 3yr old ) The camper van was so clean and really well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable and all bed linen was lovely and lots of fluffy blankets. Plenty of charging points, and amazing heating system(very easy to dry wet coats) Handover was easy, really good communication and also somewhere safe to park our car.

Sonja was extremely helpful accommodating us at very short notice. Her handover was comprehensive and clear. The van was very well kitted out regarding kitchen items , including a very welcome coffee pot. We explored the highlands and Skye over 7 days staying in some excellent campsites. Would highly recommend Sonja.

Sarah

Had a great time in the van which was really well equipped! Victoria was on standby for all our stupid questions and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend!

Phoebe

Had a lovely 9 day trip in Harley to the Scottish Highlands with our dog. Super comfortable drive there and back and Harley was well equipped with everything we needed to make our trip as comfortable and fun as possible! Would definitely hire again!

Jacob

Had a great time in Berty! Kenny was great and I’d definitely hire from him again in the future.

Mark

The van was exactly as advertised, I was even allowed to see the camper weeks before to see how sleeping arrangements etc would work. The guys were really helpful before during and after the trip. Would highly recommend

Puffin is a great van with everything you need on board, clean and tidy, and easy to drive. Paul was also great at communicating both before and during the trip, and at showing how everything worked. My only tip is the location was a bit hard to find so make sure to get a what3words!
