We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting this motorhome. From the smooth booking process to the spotless condition of the vehicle, the entire trip was perfect. The motorhome was well-maintained, clean and fresh and incredibly comfortable. The interior layout was thoughtfully designed, with homely little touches and the interior provides space for relaxing and dining. We were especially impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was. Having a reliable fridge, sink etc and plenty of storage made the trip even better! The bed was comfortable and cozy, ensuring we woke up refreshed every day. When we collected the vehicle, Shannon provided a thorough, easy-to-understand briefing on how to use the onboard facilities before we set off, which gave us complete peace of mind. They have literally thought of everything! Whether you are planning a weekend getaway or a long road trip, I would highly recommend renting from them. We would absolutely book with them again.

Fantastic van! Really enjoyed driving and experiencing this van. I was worried about the mattress being rubbish before I arrived as I suffer from a bad back (this is a major issue for me when I go away) But let me reassure you the mattress is perfect and super comfy!! . Archie was great and very accommodating. Explained the van and how to use everything really well. It has everything you need for a trip away! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Me and my partner had such a wonderful experience with Big Bertha. We booked in a week, and every part of the experience was so simple and enjoyable. The communication from Morgan and Jay was fantastic, and they were lovely. They provided such a fantastic service and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. They were on hand to help when needed, but very little help was needed ultimately, due to the fact that they had provided such clear guides and instructions. They were punctual and a safe pair of hands. This was our first time using this service, and it couldn't have been a better experience, and that is due to the effort that Morgan and Jay put in. The motorhome itself was impeccable and genuinely delightful. Spacious, well stocked, really comfortable. I'm 6'7 and found Big Bertha to be really spacious, and the main bed was particularly roomy, which was a nice surprise. We also really appreciated the price point. It's a very reasonable price for the quality provided, and we will definitely be renting Big Bertha again. We would highly recommend.

Fleur is charming and understanding; she was available to answer all our questions. The van isn't brand new, which explains the affordable price, but everything works properly and it adds a certain charm to the adventure (our daughters loved sleeping in the roof, the treehouse aspect was great). We knew it beforehand, it's still very cramped for 4 people, don't take too much stuff, and be prepared to be bent over a bit all the time 😅

The handover day went smoothly, and off we went, we did a roadtrip of Scotland, some of the places we havent been over the last 40 years. Michael & Julie were lovely. Anything we needed to know like ( where are the chocks? ) etc. It was nice and easy being in a motorhome as more room than a campervan. We brought 'Swifty' back after 2 weeks and a wash and brush up, and that's it, 2 weeks gone just like that! Our dogs loved staying somewhere new every night, and all the rabbits there were in some of the sites. Im sure anyone would have a good holiday in Swifty.

3 day trip - never hired a camper van before. Booking process was simple and everything was explained to me on arrival. A very simple process and something I aim to do again in the future, I had a great time.

We had an amazing time in the van at the Silverstone Grand Prix! Amber was super lovely and responsive with any questions. Handover was easy and had a great explanation of how everything in the van works, there were also super helpful QR codes in the van with instructions as to how everything works. Very well equipped van which had everything we needed. Overall amazing experience, would 100% recommend!
