The pickup and drop off process was simple. Me and my wife travelled to Yorkshire with friends who were in their own motorhome. Rob’s motorhome was clean, comfortable and spacious for 4 adults to eat. with all facilities you need. We stayed in both powered and non-powered sites with no issues.

Had a wonderful weekend away with Mathilde! Chris was very helpful and took me through everything at the handover. She drives as you would expect a LWB transit to drive but inside she is comfortable and every detail has been thought through for ease of living. My main reason for selecting her was the size and orientation of the bed because I am tall and I’m pleased to say when I woke up I had forgotten I was in a van, it was that comfortable. You need a king-size flat or a super king sheet for it, just fyi as it’s a big mattress. Plenty of power and water for a weekend without a hook up. Cleaning her up was simple (with the help of a YouTube video to remind me how to empty and reset the toilet). Handover was flexible which was helpful for us both.

We had a lovely stay in Ian's motorhome, we didn't drive far as we were staying fairly local to Ian but it was nice to drive while we were. Slept well too on a comfy bed. Ian took me through everything and explained everything well when we picked it up.

The handover was smooth, professional, and very friendly — he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel confident straight away, even before setting off on the trip. The motorhome itself was spotless, extremely well maintained, and very comfortable throughout the journey. Everything worked perfectly, and you could tell a lot of care and attention goes into keeping it in excellent condition. The diesel heater and solar setup were especially useful and made the experience even more enjoyable. We had an amazing road trip and the motorhome quickly felt like a home on wheels. It was comfortable for relaxing after long days and practical for travelling around with ease. Ben was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. What really made this experience stand out was how genuine, helpful, and organised Ben was throughout the whole process. Hand over was good and joy was very helpful, we took a trip to east fleet touring farm in Weymouth and would definitely recommend it. Berry the camper has everything you could need and is easy to work all the mod cons ie electricity, heating/ ventilation, awning, roof bed.
