Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Handover was very thorough and we were given some great tips on where to camp in the Gower. The van was perfect, drove well and was really comfortable for our weekend away. We wanted to experience the Campervan lifestyle and it did not disappoint. We can definitely recommend Jon and Anna’s van.

Roger

A really great experience with Tania – punctual, friendly, and the van was in brilliant condition!! Highly recommended!!

We used Dale’s motorhome to go for the NC500. The motorhome was a very good choice and brought us over the distance safely and reliably. The layout of the van is very good and gave great living space. Dole’ handover at the beginning and on return worked very well and was well detailed leaving no open questions. We had no issues during the trip as a result. So overall 5 stars.

We chose Big Bertha for our trip around Scotland and absolutely loved every second. The motorhome had everything we needed, was spotless and spacious. The handover was seamless, everything was explained and demonstrated to us carefully. Fran & Dave were super accommodating with the collection and return times (there was no prior or immediate requirement for the motorhome with another booking, which worked out great for us with the few extra hours each side) A lovely hamper had been left for us with birthday wishes for my partner and daughter who were celebrating while we were away. This was a fantastic unexpected touch. The return of the motorhome was again seamless. It was our first time in a motorhome and we have fallen in love and would not hesitate to take another trip in Big Bertha!

Kenneth

Van was clean and very well stocked. Great owners no nonsense people Will be renting again for sure...

Scott was really helpful and explained everything. As a novice the van was easy enough to drive just took a little while to get used to the size. Weather wasn't overly kind so spent more time in van than planned but enough room for two adults and a large dog.

Stephen

really friendly and helpful

Ricky

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Peter gave a thorough handover of the motorhome. We travelled up to Edinburgh, then the Yorkshire Moores and the Dales. Peters motorhome was extremely comfortable to drive, the beds were comfortable and there’s plenty of living space too. Peter includes everything necessary to just jump onboard and go. Thanks for a great break away in your lovely motorhome Peter. We will be returning to hire her again!

Anthony

This trip from handover to handover was seamless. Kevin is a nice approachable guy and helpful with all questions asked no matter how minor. Kevin takes alot of pride in the van and that certainly shows in the condition and attention to detail. We spent 3 nights in the lake district and came back so relaxed and refreshed without a care in the world. Highly recommend from both myself and partner we just loved every second of it. Very comfortable van with all the facilities you require. Hope to be back again for our next adventure. 😁

Great motorhome, exactly as described, easy check in /out process and perfect for our short break away

Jamie

Booked for a long weekend away with my partner and small dog. Camper was in superb condition, super clean inside and out. All the amenities you need. Great communication from Andy and a swift yet well explained handover at pick up. Would definitely recommend

The Camper was very good to drive, Robert, the owner is a lovely and friendly guy and exceptionally helpful and answered all my queries thoroughly and professionally. I would recommend this Camper to anyone for a comfortable short break. Interior size is goo and facilities are more than adequate. I spent 4 days in Dorset with the Camper and it has very positive handling and excellent steering. If you've never done it before with your wife or Girlfriend, be sure you know them well enough to be in a relatively small space. If not, the small area with two people could be trying! The Motorhome was supposed to have been checked over by a Mercedes agent or at least a competent garage. It wasn't done properly. There was almost no oil in the sump, an external cubby hole locked wasn't fixed as the garage said it was, and it was supposedly serviced about a month ago. If so, it was a slap dash job. Nothing to do with the owner because he trusted the garage to do the job. I put right a few little things to bring it to 'standard'. Right now, I can personally guarantee that when I left the van, it was all in perfect working order and ready to roll. Driven carefully or normally, this Camper will do about 38 MPG...it did for me. Each fuel gauge Bar took me nearly 40 miles, which was excellent! I cannot praise the owner enough for his overall efficiency and expert tutorial, so thankyou Robert!
