Michael is super friendly. The handover went well. The campervan handles really well and the layout was perfect for us (2 adults). The campervan was not clean, however, and we spent an hour in the Tesco parking lot cleaning out all the cupboards, drawers, cutlery, dishes and wiping down the front driving area. There are some definite areas for improvement - though the serrated knife worked well, the only other cutting knife was dull and almost useless. Two of the four cups were dirty / stained to the point where I couldn't get them clean. One of the remaining cups was cracked. The non-stick pots and fry pan are of the old-school cancer-causing teflon and the non-stick surfaces are scratched and peeling. The toaster only works if you stand there and hold the lever down.

Our first time with a motor home. It was super. Stephen was a genuine host. The handover to us was excellent. Stephen gave us all the information & knowledge about the motorhome that we needed. We travelled to Yorkshire with 3 different stop overs. Sherriff Hutton, Scarborough & Pickering. The motorhome had everything we needed. Amazing holiday with our friends. Stephen’s Motorhome was so comfortable & provided everything down to outdoor chairs & table. We loved everything about it, the driving is easy & comfortable to.

Amazing camper! First time hiring and staying in a campervan. Lami is so lovely and answered any questions we had. Van had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Lami provided us with bedding, towels and enough camping chairs for us all and also videos on how to work everything. Will definitely be hiring again!

We had a lovely time in Shropshire and Wales with elderly relatives and the van made a perfect base for them to sit and chill on day trips while we wondered about. The van was very comfortable and well- equipped and Kay and Alan were very hospitable, helpful and flexible and made our first Goboony experience smooth and easy. We have been inspired by our time with Jean Grey to get our own campervan one day. Thank you!

This is a great van to hire, economical on the diesel and drove like a dream, very smooth and comfortable. It had everything we needed for 4 nights and very comfortable to sleep in. The booking process was smooth and Dean and his partner were very helpful and friendly with great communication. The cost was good too, not as expensive as others listed on the site and was in immaculate condition. We will definitely hire this van again when needed in the future.

Communication with Keely was excellent from start to finish - she was quick to reply to my booking request and offered swift replies to my queries. We travelled from Devon and London by train - and arranged to meet at a Metro station car park. The van there waiting for us and the check in was easy. I think we had one query while we were away, which was answered immediately. Overall we had a great week away in the NE. We were volunteer crew with the Spine Ultra Race, based in Alston, Cumbria. Having the van was great as a base camp. We twinned it with a few days camping before and after - what a fantastic part of the country - big sky country., Good luck Keely - if we come back north seeking a van, we will contact you first x
