Great van and lots of useful amenities! Held up well in the Scottish weather. Paudie was responsive and helpful, so was very smooth arranging everything :D

Absolutely Amazing experience. Anthony is an amazing host. Glad to have found him. Very caring, accommodating and reasonable person.

We had an amazing experience in Boris despite gale force winds and torrential rain on the Welsh coast!. It was so warm and cosy inside and the van is fitted with everything you could possible need, off grid or hooked up to electric, whichever you desire. The handover with Myles and Charlie was excellent, explaining everything you need to know and they were really flexible with pickup and drop off times, which helped enormously. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Boris, he drives superbly and we would definitely use Myles and Charlie again and highly recommend Boris and we would happily try any of the other Campervan too! Thank you for a fab experience.

My daughter and I had great fun away in this campervan. I would recommend asking for the mattress toppers/protectors that Paul can provide, as the beds would have been uncomfortable without them. It is advertised for 5 people, but I don’t think that is realistic for more than 1 night. The pop up roof bed is great fun to sleep in but most def wouldn’t sleep 2 adults, probably ok for 2 smallish children. The front seats are separated by a large gap so lying a mattress across them would not be ideal. The kitchen is well stocked and Paul has lots of extras you can take, like the awning etc. we didn’t end up taking those as then there’s no where to pack your bags if you want some floor space to move about the van. The lock on the main side door jammed shut on the last day and Paul withheld our deposit for several days, which made us feel like it was our fault the lock mechanism had failed. However luckily they found the fault and we did get our deposit back.

We have had a brilliant fortnight through Scotland and over to the isles of Lewis and Harris. Scott went through the handover making sure it was all clear for a couple of novices. We had everything we needed to be able to enjoy the time we had and it was comfortable. Scott was also always available should we have had any problems.

Really lovely trip. Handover with James was great. He’s really friendly and took time to show us around the van and how everything works. He was happy to help with any questions we had and happy to help throughout our trip as well. Everything provided was in great quality, all cooking supplies, bedding etc. Van is clearly well looked after and we didn’t have any issues. Would definitely book with James again!

Hired Howards VW California for a trip round France end of October 26. Howard was very accommodating when the dates moved around. The Goboony check in and check out process was pretty smooth. The campervan was great for a first roadtrip, easy to drive and fitted in a normal car parking space. Being October it was a bit chilly sitting outside at night but turning the front seats around and putting the heating on was a lifesaver. Only downside of the van is the limited interior space but that's the price paid for a compact vehicle that drives like a car. Howard was great to deal with lovely chap.

Jonathan

Great sized motorhome , lots of room, comfortable double bed, good sized lounge area and easy to drive - was perfect for touring SE England. Owen was a friendly and communicative host, explaining everything on the day and was very prompt to answer questions in advance.

Peter

Shona was lovely and on hand throughout our trip, always replying to our texts no matter the time! Handover was smooth, Shona arriving early for us straight from the ferry, and allowing us to drop off late before returning at the end of the trip too. Helga is a brilliant motorhome, really nice layout and all the home comforts you can need - we couldn't imagine doing a holiday in Shetland any other way. Thanks so much for an amazing holiday! We had a wonderful experience renting Elvis motorhome! Julia gave us a warm welcome and took the time to explain everything clearly, with really helpful instructions that made us feel confident and comfortable before setting off. Travelling with two adults and two children, we found the motorhome to be the perfect size for us. It was very easy to drive and manage, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. A special touch that we really appreciated was the little basket of basic essentials Julia had left in the fridge. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and incredibly handy when we arrived! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend renting Elvis. Thank you, Julia!
