Clifford was great, always quick to answer messages and queries, friendly and helpful (he even dug out a 25m hook up lead for us). His introduction to the van and walkthrough was spot on, not too complicated, explaining the things we needed to know and nothing we didn’t need. The van was great, we didn’t go far, but I wouldn’t have had any concerns about driving anywhere in it. It drove superbly, was perfectly comfortable and surprisingly economical. The rock n roll bed is rather hard, it wasn’t uncomfortable, but anymore than a few nights and you might want a topper. While the van doesn’t have a cooker the little camping stove was fine and there’s a good fridge and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you could want. All in all a great little van hired out by a genuine, friendly owner.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience hiring this campervan. The van itself was fantastic – spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful little touches that made our trip even more enjoyable. Danielle was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Alex is very friendly and ensured that the whole experience was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Check in was well explained and we felt completely comfortable throughout. Bluebell is a beautiful camper and was absolutely ideal for our family of 3 to use as a base for our national 3 peaks challenge - making the whole experience as comfortable and convenient as could be! The camper was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and all of it's functionality and features were clearly explained during handover. I would absolutely love to hire again!

Jo provided us with an excellent round trip of the van before we left and we had everything we needed for an excellent weekend away with friends. We were staying just 12 miles away from where we picked up Renee, however, she drove really well and felt very solid. The campervan performed really well over our two days and we would definitely consider hiring Renee again if we organise another weekend near to Belper. What a fantastic experience. I cannot rate Arkoo and Emily high enough. We used the camper for a weekend and have never been more comfortable away from home. Whilst we were on a campsite with amenities we could have been in the middle of nowhere and still been comfortable with all the amazing facilities that Arkoo had. Emily was incredibly friendly and inviting and the hand over and return process couldn’t have been easier. All in all a truly brilliant weekend away in the van and will be looking to hire again in the future.
