The perfect place for a campervan holiday
Liked: The campsite is great, with a very large area, making it very spacious. There's something for everyone: a swimming pool, Lake Garda, a gym, bikes, etc. It's great for a summer family vacation.
Could be better: Generally everything is fine, but the bathrooms in the upper part of the campsite could be renovated, as well as the ones next to the pool

Could be better: Toilets need to be closer to camping. Water points are on every third pitch but would be better in between pitches so you don’t have to go onto someone else’s pitch. fresh bread sold out quickly, need to make more.

Good stay in bueatufull place
Liked: Entertaiment, place, pool, bar near pool, good restaurant, sport fields, it's clean, service are good.
Could be better: Not all toilets are in same good quality, small space for campers for 'A' field. Whatout on trees on main Street, we have one big scratch due one tree. Only one restaurant nearby, no water rental equipments on camping side.

Liked: Die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft ist außerordentlich gut. Auf besondere Wünsche wurde eingegangen und wenn möglich umgesetzt. Man fühlt sich als gern gesehener Gast und nicht als Urlauber auf dem Areal.

The Campsite Village Europa Silvella, surrounded by rich nature, is situated directly on Lake Garda. All comforts allow our customers to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Europa Silvella is 1 km from the little town of San Felice and only 4 km from Salò, worth a visit for its monuments and fashion shops.
Lake Garda, thanks to its strategic position, offers guests the possibility to enjoy its surroundings with daily trips - we hope you will never forget your holiday.
BOOKING RULES
The booking is considered valid only after receipt of the deposit and subsequent written confirmation from the reservations office.
The required amount, equal to 40% of the total, must be sent by bank transfer or credit card within a maximum of seven days. After this period, the accommodation will be considered available.
In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will be refunded: 100% if the written notice reaches the campsite at least 45 days before the arrival date;
Guests who interrupt a stay already started will not be entitled to any refund;
In case of delay, the reserved pitch is held until 11:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please inform us of any unforeseen events.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM, otherwise an extra day will be charged.
The booking guarantees only the type of pitch and the period of stay, not its number.
The balance of the stay must be paid by the day after arrival. Tourist tax to be paid on-site.
The campsite’s internal regulations are an integral part of these “Booking Rules.”
1. GUEST REGISTRATION:
Upon arrival at the campsite, guests must present identification, one per person, for legal registration. At check-in, each guest will be provided with an identification wristband that must be worn throughout the stay. Minors may only access the campsite if accompanied by parents, adult relatives, or adults assuming full responsibility toward third parties. Entry to the campsite of persons or goods is always subject to the management's consent. Failure to comply with this rule, and all rules in this regulation, will result in immediate removal from the campsite. Guest acceptance is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Pitch assignment will be handled by management, who will inform guests of all rules to be followed during their stay.
2. OPENING HOURS:
The campsite access barrier operates according to the following schedule: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Outside these hours, all loud noises, entry, and exit with motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are advised to plan arrivals, entrances, and exits. For everyone’s comfort, car use should be minimized; in any case, the maximum speed for all motor vehicles within the campsite is 5 km/h.
3. PITCH:
The assigned pitch is delineated, and all equipment, including vehicles, must remain within it unless otherwise agreed with management. Only one setup is allowed per pitch (1 car + caravan; 1 car or motorcycle + tent; camper), everything else is considered extra according to the current price list. Electrical supply is a minimum of 6 Amps and may vary depending on the type of pitch as per the current price list.
4. USE OF FACILITIES:
The use of all campsite facilities is permitted according to the methods and schedules established by management. It is mandatory to respect the proper use of facilities, particularly sanitary ones. Sanitary facilities will be opened progressively according to the number of guests and their needs.
5. SWIMMING POOLS:
Use of the swimming pools is strictly reserved for campsite guests; please respect the specific rules posted at the entrance. Management reserves the right to remove from the pool area anyone who does not comply with the rules or disturbs other guests. Management declines all responsibility for accidents caused by non-compliance with this rule.
6. CHILDREN:
All children under 10 years old using campsite facilities (playground, sports field, pier, toilets, pool area) must be supervised by an adult who assumes responsibility toward third parties, relieving management and the campsite ownership of any liability. Management declines all responsibility for accidents due to non-compliance with this rule.
7. OFFICE HOURS:
In high season, the reception is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while the cashier is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Payments cannot be made outside these hours.
8. TOURIST TAX:
A tourist tax is in effect and must be paid directly at the campsite.
9. SECURITY:
A surveillance and control service is provided by identifiable personnel. Staff must ensure compliance with the rules contained in this regulation. Guests must cooperate with the surveillance and control service, providing, if requested, personal details and information about their stay at the campsite.
10. PETS:
Pets are allowed only with authorization and after verification of mandatory health documentation. Owners must maintain hygiene and ensure that pets do not disturb other guests. Dogs must always be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
11. ILLNESSES:
All infectious diseases must be promptly reported to management, who will take appropriate action, including removing affected guests if necessary.
12. BOATS / BUOYS / PIER:
Motorboats may approach the swimming area only in a straight line at three knots.
Please keep the beach free of boats, dinghies, canoes, and other watercraft. All legal and administrative navigation rules on the lake must be observed. It is strictly forbidden to leave boats moored at the pier. All boats moored to buoys must display authorization from the lake control authority, issued by the reception at check-in.
13. ENVIRONMENT:
It is forbidden to waste or misuse water, throw or leave waste outside the designated containers, pour oils, boiling liquids, salty or waste liquids on the ground, damage the flora in the campsite, or light fires except with appropriate equipment. In particular climatic conditions, management reserves the right to completely prohibit fire lighting and barbecue use. It is forbidden to mark pitches with fences, partitions, flower pots, or other objects.
14. WASTE SORTING:
EUROPA SILVELLA pays particular attention to waste sorting. Throughout the village, ecological islands and numerous bins have been provided, which guests are kindly asked to use properly.
15. VISITORS:
Visitor entry is only allowed with staff authorization and presentation of an ID. After one hour, the applicable fee according to the price list will be applied without exception. Entry is only allowed on foot; vehicles must be parked outside without obstructing traffic. Guests receiving visitors are responsible for their behavior.
