Liked: Prvič smo bili v vašem kampu in smo navdušeni nad ureditvijo in čistočo. Na sprejemu in recepciji so zelo prijazni. Zagotovo pridemo še kdaj.

Liked: Proximity to the beach is Excellant. Staff were very helpful and efficient.
Could be better: A lot of areas appeared tired. It is very off putting to see dilapidated, run down permanent pitches amongst touring pitches. We realise that permanent pitches are vital for people but feel don’t feel they mix well with touring Motorhomes. This brings the site down in our opinion. Because of this we do not feel comfortable stopping again.

Liked: Die Sauberkeit der Toiletten und Duschen war hervorragend!
Could be better: Jeder Stellplatz sollte eine eigene Stromversorgungseinheit haben, ohne, dass man sein Kabel einmal quer durch die Nachbarparzelle ziehen muss.

Liked: Der Spielplatz war super für Kinder ab knapp 3 Jahren auch das Schwimmbecken mit den Rutschen und Wassertiefe sind perfekt. Der Strand ist wunderschön und nicht so überlaufen. Perfekt auch für Babys😘

Liked: Es war rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir hatten einen tollen Stellplatz und das Personal war überall sehr freundlich. Es gibt natürlich viele Mücken, aber da kann ja keiner was für und es empfindet ja auch jeder anders.

Liked: sehr schön gelegener Campingplatz mit Schatten unter Bäumen, Sanitärräume sehr sauber, Bademöglichkeiten im Meer auch stellenweise ohne Seegras, Supermarkt mit moderaten Preisen, es war möglich Motorboot zu fahren, Radwege, Busverbindung nach Grado, alles was man für den Urlaub braucht ...

Residence Punta Spin provides its guests with a lot of facilities to let them experience an unforgettable holiday.
Located just 4km far from Grado (Gorizia), the resort has a camping area with numbered pitches in the pinewood or overlooking the beach and different accommodation such as small villas, bungalows and mobile homes, all ideal for family holidays. Guests at Residence Punta Spin have access to a private beach with a jetty and a paddle boat, SUP and canoe rental. Moreover, there are a supermarket selling tobacco products and newspapers, a restaurant/pizzeria, two bars, an indoor area for entertainment and shows, three swimming pools, three tennis courts with night lighting, a five-a-side football pitch, a minigolf court, table tennis and a playground for children.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund of the down payment for cancellations received 7 or more days prior to arrival date
RESIDENCE REGULATIONS
1. RECEPTION
Admittance to Residence is allowed from 07:30 to 0:00 AM only after identification documents have been handed over to the Receptionists and entrance has been authorized by them. Guest will be accompanied to the assigned site by the responsible personnel. The Management may refuse admittance to persons considered unqualified or not equipped with camping outfit.

If leaving afternoon, guests will have to pay for the whole day.
3. VISITS
Visits must be previous notified to the Management for authorization. Daily tariff will be applied to each visitor and his car shall be parked in the specially reserved area.
4. SILENCE TIME
Radio, TV sets and other electrical and acoustical appliances shall be kept at a moderate volume. From 13:30 to 16:00 hrs and after 22:30 hrs the above aplliances shall be adjusted to the lowest volume in order not to disturb the neighbours.
5. CARS, MOTORCYCLES AND MOTORBICYCLES
Cars are allowed to circulate inside the Residence from 07:30 to 00:00 hrs at a speed not exceeding 10 km/hour. The admittance of cars in the pinewood is only allowed for loading and unloading operations. After these operations have been completed, the cars shall be left in the proper parking areas. Motorcycles and motorbicycles shall always circulate inside the Residence with the motor off.
6. FIRES
It is absolutely forbidden to light fires on bonfires inside the Residence. Cigarettes and cigar ends, along with matches, shall be accurately stubbed.
7. PLANTS, GARDENS, FLOWER BEDS AND EQUIPMENT
Shall be strictly respected. The use of swimmingpools, sport equipments, playground etc. will be at the guests exclusive risk. Children shall always be accompanied by adults when using the various equipment and the toilettes. Parents shall be directly responsible for their own children. The tennis courts are reserved to the players only and these shall wear proper shoes.
8. GARBAGE
Litter and other things to get rid of, shall be always placed in the dust bins provided. Maximum order and cleanliness are strongly recommended.
All cases of infectous diseas must be immediately reported to the Management.
Non observance of these regulations, displayed also at the entrance of Residence, will entitle the Management to take adeguate measures which might also involve the request to leave immediately the Residence.
