TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1: scope
These terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation to all rentals and internships concluded by the company.

The validation by the future holidaymaker of the booking is worth full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Article two: booking
The request for availability must be made via the internet or telephone. Once confirmed, the booking will be effective upon receipt of the booking slip accompanied by the deposit of 25% of the price of the stay (and the internship).

The booking of a campsite or rental is made on a strictly personal basis.

Under no circumstances can you sublet or give up your reservation without the prior consent of the manoques.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The rental of a campsite is effective from 10 a.m. to 10 a.m.
For accommodation, rentals are from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.
Payment will be made by credit card, cheque, transfer or holiday cheques.
The booking will be confirmed by email or mail from the campsite management.
The balance must be paid 3 weeks before your arrival for rental reservations.
Article three: cancellation
Changes to your booking can be made free of charge, subject to availability.
Any booking that is not confirmed and not regularized in its amount and on time will result in the cancellation of the latter.
Cancellations:
Received at least 30 days before the arrival date: 30% of the amount of reservations remains acquired at the Campsite.
Received 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the amount remains purchased at the Campsite.
Received 15 to 7 days before the arrival date: 75% remains acquired at the Campsite.
Received less than 7 days before the date selected: 100% remains acquired at the Campsite.
In the absence of a message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may be available for sale again 24 hours after the date of arrival mentioned on the contract, and you will therefore lose the benefit of your booking.
Any stay interrupted, or abbreviated (late arrival, early departure) of your fact will not give rise to a refund.
In the event of cancellation for camping reasons, the customer will get a refund of all the sums paid.
Article four: right of retraction
Under Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, all services and services offered on our website are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in the L.121-20 and following the consumer code.
As a result, accommodation and leisure services ordered on the site are exclusively subject to cancellation conditions.
Article five: internal regulation
Any booking implies the acceptance of the internal rules that can be found on the site and at the reception of the campsite
Article six: State of play
No deposit is required when handing over the keys of the rentals, we trust your common sense naturist. The rental must be returned to the state in which you found it with all its utensils.
Article seven: Information and freedom
Under Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, it is recalled that the personal data that is requested from the buyer is necessary for the processing of his order and the establishment of invoices in particular. The processing of the information provided through the manoques website was reported to the CNIL.
In accordance with the Computer and Freedoms Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, correct, and object to personal data about you.
All you need to do is ask us by mail, with your name, first name and address.
Article eight: insurance
Customers are required to take out liability insurance.
In case of loss, theft, or damage as a result of events beyond our control (weather, tree fall, etc.), the responsibility for camping the manoques cannot be incurred.
We advise you to contact your insurance company in order to obtain if necessary an extension of your personal guarantees (resort insurance)
Article nine: Litigation
In the event of a challenge, the Montauban court is the only one declared competent.
