Liked: Nice and pleasant stay. We stayed early Sept so it was pretty empty. Bathrooms and showers were clean, Friendly staff and a nice area. Breakfast every morning from a bakery about 5 min away with car.

Liked: The area is very peacefull The distance to disney is okay The pool was nice
Could be better: No airconditioning or fans, the children could not sleep at night The reception was closed with a sign of be right back and they did not anwser the phone. I stood there for 20 minutes with 2 todlers. In an email sent to me it described check in could be in de morning. That was for the pitches which it does not say! I had to pay 50 euro early acces for 3 hours... for their mistake. The shop has almost nothing and the supermarket is 20 minutes away.

Liked: The mobile home was ideal for our short stay and ideally located for a day at Disneyland. The little shop and bedding option made things easier. The office staff were very helpful before we arrived.
Could be better: Larger cups for tea.

Liked: Ons verblijf was schoon en ruim. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Vooral de jongeren die op het park werken en de restaurant medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk.
Could be better: Een groter aanbod in het winkeltje zou een aanwinst zijn. Er is nu weinig beschikbaar. Dus je moet zelf met de auto weg opzoek naar een supermarkt

We had a good week
Liked: We had a good week. Pitch was really big and a lot of shadow.
Could be better: Position of the (dirty) trash containers is in the middle of the campsite. Makes it easy to reach, but then surround them with fences. But I would move it to the field at the entrance. Pool was to busy and sometimes dangerous with kids jumping everywere and drunk english.

Liked: I liked staying at this site. It was very clean , staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. The toilets were cleaned regularly. It have a nice family atmosphere. Its very secure. Just make sure ur back before midnight as they dont let cars in past barrier past midnight , but there is safe parking to leave your car untill morning. I think this is good as no1 wants cars driving around after midnight waking u up. Ill definelty stay here again.. Thankyou for a pleasurable stay 🏴 😊
Could be better: More selection in the shop. Freezing facilitys would be nice, not many sites do this , but it would be nice for campers to rent freezer space or sell ice 😊

Liked: Good facilities and plots were great. Son loved the pools.
Could be better: No shuttle bus to Disney as explained on website, despite visiting in August. Not Disney friendly unless driving there as no buses that run local (40min walk to bus stop) and too remote for taxi’s / uber.

Liked: Lovely little place and our mobile home was very clean when we arrived.
Could be better: We arrived late due to delays at Dover so could not check in with reception as they had already closed. We also left at 8.30am to ensure we were in Calais on time to return home but there was no information about checking out so after wandering around, I eventually found the key box. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

This family campsite is an ideal base to visit Disneyland Resort Paris which is only 25 minutes away and also Paris on the metro via Val d’Europe shopping centre. You can also visit lots of other local attractions and after a busy day, you will be able to relax by the pool, fish for carp and trout in the lakes or just chill and relax with a drink in the bar, on the garden terrace with no noise of motorways only the song of birds!

Paris is only 1 hour from site in the car or 25 minutes from the first metro station, with its abundance of famous museums, attractions and shops. The two theme parks at Disneyland Paris are only a twenty minute drive from site. You can also visit the marine world of Sea life located in the international shopping centre of the 'Val d'Europe' and the shops with big labels at Vallée® Outlet shopping Village offering the preceding collections at reduced prices every year.
Another park of leisure park in the neighbourhood is the famous French Park Astérix
Also only 10 minutes away is a Big Cats Park with more than 25 different species.
Among the other sights not to be missed, the world heritage town of Provins, 30 minutes drive approximately, with the medieval ramparts, the beautiful forest and castel of Fontainebleau, the castel of Vaux le Vicomte...
Conditions for Rentals
1. Any rented accomodation may only be used by the authorized signatory and can under no circmstances be let for sale or sublet.
2. Property renting comes into effect after due agreement and reception of 50% instalment of the total rent, to which are added renting charges and a cancellation policy (if you decided to subscribe to it).
3. Timetable :
Camping-Caravanning spots : Arrival : between 2 and 7 p.m Departure : before 11:00 am
- Double axle prohibited
For a rented accommodation : Arrival : between 3 and 7 p.m Departure : before 10:00 am
4. Pets are accepted (except category 1 and 2 animals) under the following conditions :
- If kept on a leach - If kept away from the pool, bathroom and toilets - If always looked after by their master - Certificate of vaccination
- Only animals of less than 5kg are allowed
5. The number of people living in the provided spot or rented accommodation should not exceed the figure indicated upon the arrival or authorized in the rented accomodation, even for one night. If this was to be the case, the access to the entrance of the village would be denied to this people. It is strictly forbidden to install a tent in the garden provided with the rented accomodation.
6. It is strictly forbidden to light fires on the ground. Barbecues on a stand are allowed with the necessary use precautions, outside the rented accomodations. Barbecues are at your disposal on the spot. Electric Barbecues are strictly forbidden.
7. Any visiting friend or parent should be declared in reception and settle the corresponding entrance charges for external visitors.
8. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the clients of “Camping Les Etangs Fleuris”. Persons under 18 are allowed to bathe under the responsability of parents. Swimming with a wetsuit or burkini is prohibited. Only swimsuits or swimming shorts are allowed.
9. The balance of the stay for a camping-caravanning spot should be entirely settled 30 days before arrival. No reduction of any sort can be consented in case of late arrival or anticipated departure. In the absence of a written message from the client, specifying a postponed arrival date, the spot becomes available for rent 24 hours after the arrival date indicated on the rental aggreement. Article 13 or 14 becomes in this case applicable.
10. The balance of the stay for a rented accommodation should entirely be settled at the latest 30 days before arrival. No reduction of any sort can be consented in case of late arrival or anticipated departure. In the absence of a written message from the client, specifying a postponed arrival date, the spot becomes available for rent 24 hours after the arrival date indicated on the rental aggreement. Article 13 or 14 becomes in this case applicable.
11. For rented accommodations, a 200 € deposit (credit card only) will be required upon arrival. Maestro cards are not authorised. It will be entirely refunded by post in the week following the departure, if no housework is necessary and if no missing equipment is observed.
12. A cancellation policy is suggested for a minimum stay of one week rental of camping-caravanning spot or rented accommodation. The Insurance policy is delivered to you upon request.
13. In case of cancellation without any insurance policy subscribed : - More than 30 days before the stay: full refund
- Less than 30 days before the date of stay: no refund.
Cancellation of your trip in the event of COVID-19
We gurantee you reimbursement of your booking in full up to 10 days before your arrival in the event of Covid, or if a decision is taken as to lockdown, making your arrival or stay on Le Grand Paris campsite impossible:
- if the borders are closed - if you live in an area currently in lockdown;
- if the campsite is closed for administrative reasons - if participating guests are ill or self-isolating.
For your cancellation request in the event of COVID-19 infection, it is sufficient for you to request cancellation by e-mail, mentioning your name and booking number, as well as written proof of a positive test for one of the participating guests, registered at the time of your booking. Following the latest regulations, you will be asked for a covid health pass upon arrival at the campsite. For your cancellation request in the event of administrative restrictions, it is sufficient to send us the cancellation request by e-mail mentioning your name and booking number, as well written proof of your address. This is evidence to determine the administrative restrictions that have prevented you from coming to the campsite.
14. In case of cancellation with a subscription policy, you will still be charged of :
- The rental agreement charges and the cancellation policy
- A compensation for the breath of contract indicated above, which will be refunded to you by the insurance according to the conditions specified in the insurance policy (see cancellation paragraph).
15. It is up to the tenant to be insured in terms of public liability. The campsite declines any responsability in case of robbery, fire, bad weather... and in case of fire imputable to the public liability of the tenant. 16. The village rules are posted in reception. Any person coming to the village is requested to respect them.
