Handover both at collection and drop off was super simple, Alex went into great detail showing us everything we needed to know. It was a pleasure to drive and so simple to set things up as we moved around several campsites during our week away. We had a tyre blow out on motorway but Alex was extremely helpful as we arranged recovery truck through the included breakdown cover and arranged a new tyre to get us back on the road. Had an absolutely magical week and the campervan was just perfection. Definitely will be looking to book with Alex again. Honestly couldn't have asked for a nicer person to hire from. August 2026
