Had a great experience with Karel! Upon pickup, we received a comprehensive explanation of everything we needed to know. We were given a very neat camper, and had a fantastic week in Luxembourg. During the trip, a minor technical issue arose with the camper (a warning about the brake pads), but Karel was immediately available by phone for advice and his perspective on the situation, allowing us to continue the journey without any problems. The return process also went smoothly. The deposit was also refunded promptly 5 days later. All in all, we had a wonderful week; the camper truly has everything you need for a week of camping, and the contact with Karel was pleasant from start to finish, so this is definitely highly recommended!
