Camping Mille Etoiles

Mille Etoiles provides accommodation in eleven Mongolian-style natural-canvas yurt dwellings with oak and ash frameworks. These yurts draw on the traditional Kirghiz portable dwellings used in Central Asian steppes. Five of our yurts have double-bed accommodation for two adults, plus two children in single beds. If you have three children please contact us and we’ll fit in a third bed. Two other yurts are more remotely located in the woods, making ideal romantic getaways. Blankets and bedspreads are provided.. Bath towels can be provided for a fee. The showers and toilet are just a step away from the yurts. The camping ground has two washroom blocks, one with five individual units of wash-basin, hot water, shower and toilet. Alongside your yurt there’s a kitchen area where you can prepare meals. 

Spend a day, or several days: canoeing on the River Ardeche, caving, Via Ferrata, rock-climbing, hiking, mountain-biking, canyoning, horse-riding, and more. Barjac market is on Friday mornings, the Chauvet Caves exhibition is at Vallon Pont d’Arc; you can fly over the Gorges de l’Ardeche, you can visit the Pont du Gard (Gard Bridge). And the town of Uzes; visit Aven d’Orgnac and other “avens” (potholes) too, discover the chateau of Labastide de Virac, drive along the Route Touristique following the Gorges de l’Ardeche, have a swim at the Pont d’Arc and off Chestnut Grove (Chataigneraie) 

Camping Mille étoiles, General Sales Terms:

The rental of a rental accommodation indicates full acceptance of the sales terms by the contracting parties.

Camping pitch hire:
We will provide you with an empty camping place, for up to 6 people, in which to install your tent, caravan or camping car.
Camping pitch fee: Rates are calculated per overnight stay. Places are available from 16:00 a.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m on the day of departure. Any overrun of the departure deadline will result in invoicing for an additional day. The fixed fee includes: a structure, 2 persons. This fixed fee gives free access to the sanitary arrangements, reception area, , and the game areas .
Supplements: Additional people or items occupying the camping place (electricity supply, extra tent etc.) will be the subject of a daily supplement.
Please note : the places are given without any difference, according to the booking rank. The Management can in no case guarantee that campers will be given a particular pitch that has been requested.

Hire and Rental Payment:
If the booking is made more than 30 days before the beginning of your stay, a deposit of 30 % ( of the total price ) must be paid when booking.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the beginning of your stay, the entire payment must be made when booking
Reservations only become effective after confirmation by our reservation services and payment by the tenant of a deposit and booking fee.
Camping pitches : the balance for the period of occupation should be paid on the day of arrival with tourist tax.

the yurt , Safari lodge, tent are available from4.00pm the arrival day till 10.00am the day of departure.
a caution of 200 € must be deposed on arrival , to cover against any damage to the promises , as well as 50 € caution to cover any cleaning costs ( the housekeeping caution will be returned if the floor has been swept and cleaned throughout the promises , if the kitchen and the sanitaries ( for the safari lodge ) have been cleaned.

Late arrival / early departure:
If the camper does not give the campsite written notice to state that he has had to change his arrival date, his pitch will be considered available 12 h after the date of arrival specified in the rental contract, and full payment for all service provisions will become payable.
No reduction ,no refunding will be considered in the event of late arrival or early departure.

Special offers - Last minute deals :
When it occurs, some customers may pay a different price for the same stay. The difference between the price actually paid and the special offer price will not be paid back to the customers who paid the higher amount, in any way. Special offers cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
Cancellation:
If the cancellation is due to Camping Mille étoiles, the amount already paid will be paid back except if act of god.
If a client needs to cancel his holiday he must send Camping mille étoiles written confirmation of his cancellation. The amount due must be paid as mentionned in the contract.
Camping mille étoiles reminds you that according to the article L. 121-20-4 - 2 ° of the “Code de la consommation”, the right of retraction is not applicable to the services (accommodation, transport, catering and leisure) supplied on a defined date or period.
Cancellation policy:
no refunding will take place , that's why we advise to you to sign a cancellation insurance ( you can find it on our website ).

Campsite rules:
Every camper is expected to comply with the campsite rules, under penalty of sanctions that might go to a cancellation of the contract.
