Jennifer and Harry have a beautiful motorhome. It is high spec and luxurious and great to drive. However we were very disappointed by the rigid rules. The van is expected back by 11am sharp which was difficult as we were a 3 hour drive away. We were 35 mins late returning it which we didn’t mean to be and we were charged an extra payment of £35. We were also told at handover we didn’t have to fully replace the gas cannisters as the size is hard to come by and we could pay for what we used. I used the gas to boil the kettle once a day (for 4 days) and we were charged £25 for gas, it would have been cheaper going out for my morning cuppa! We were also charged for a missing knife (we never took anything from the van) and “missing” reusable batteries which the owner put into the lamp at handover and which we never used again. We were also charged for extra data via the router with no information given that it was possible to use over the limit and that this would have been an extra charge. As I say, the motorhome itself is perfect and we had an amazing weekend away but I would be wary renting this as if you deviate from the owners rigid rules at all you’re charged heavily and you are charged for missing items you’ve never even used! Despite the amazing attention to detail when charging us extra there was no inventory for us to review and sign before or after the rental so no way for us to prove the false claims. July 2023
