Yes, she is 20 years old, but she has cov ered less than 50000 miles (at time of writing) and has been carefully looked after and thoroughly modernised,

The Interior is set with a rear TV salon which converts into a double bed. There is a smart TV (with Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc plus a WII and retro arcade console) to the rear and a good old-fashioned CD player!
There is also a wifi hub pre-loaded with 10GB of data plus good old-fashioned card and other games.
(Incidentally, there is also a drinks cabinet with one complimentary bottle - the rest you'll have to stock.)

Then past the large (for a van!) toilet - with separate (non-wet room) shower, a fitted wardrobe, the gas heating unit and roof-mounted electric heater and air-con.

Next is the kitchen diner, which has a full oven, separate grill and 4 ring gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and propane or electric-powered fridge freezer (all plates bowls cutlery cooking utensils supplied).

The diner table is a stand-alone (great for Barbies) and the chairs have lift-up side tables with all this converting to another double bed

Finally, there is another double above the driver's cab (which can be stored away when not in use) and comes with a ladder, 2 side windows its own lighting, curtain, and an integral safety net.

So for us, that's the youngest in the front (earliest to bed) elder kids in the back - bit of TV. Then adults in the middle with access to the outside, the sunset and the beer/wine fridge!!!

The awning options are an inflatable connected awning or a huge standalone drive-away awning.
A Honda Silent Generator EU20i can also be supplied by arrangement for proper off-grid (but still glamping) use.

There are bike rack options for 3 or 6 bikes and a tow bar with number plate if you want to bring a small car (not supplied). Plus a badminton/volleyball net and set and mini baseball set

Outside furniture included and additional camp beds for the awning if needed at no extra cost.
And for the poor driver is a 7.5-inch touchscreen audio centre with Apple car play/Android with full integrated Spotify, google maps, BBC Sounds, etc.

Don't be fooled by the year either as she has only done 28k miles (at time of writing) and she is a Mercedes. Plus the power is from a 2.7 ltr 156hp diesel engine so has no problems on hills or motorways
