Lovely excellent condition VW transporter LWB (long wheel base) 2.0 Automatic. This van was converted from new by Bilbo’s, a professional camper van business in South Godstone, Surrey.
We have added quite a few modifications over the years to improve the general use of the outfit. The main ones are gas supply removed and replaced with twin leisure batteries and a 3kw inverter. There is a single induction hob and small electric oven for cooking. The water system has been modified to a pressure system including hot water and an outside shower. A new solar panel provides good charging of batteries when not hooked up.
We have added extra sockets, USB’s, CarPlay system with GPS, reverse camera etc. There is a VW DAB GPS upgrade unit also that has replaced original radio.
External we have had added a cassette awning, which also has front and side attachments for use in rain and to provide privacy. There is also a full sunscreen that can be attached across the entire front of the awning. There is a quality fitting Silver screen for the front screen that provides full blackout and insulation. We have a pair of Thule level ramps. 2 bagged outdoor chairs. 2 bike Fiamma cycle carrier for easy installation of bikes. Bluetooth speaker. Dualit quality Kettle and toaster. 21” TV if required that can be mounted on the back of drivers seat.
Built in Diesel heater and additional mains fan heater.
