The whole experience of dealing with Kate and Rich was fantastic. Prior to the trip the videos were so helpful in preparing for my first use of a motor home. On arrival they could not have done more, the motor home was spotlessly clean and having them go through all the features was great. Rich even sat with me to get use to manoeuvring it before I left.
